Grand Design house with 32° pool on Sudret

Our unique home is located on the southern part of Gotland— a modern take on the Gotland barn, built from burnt spruce and untreated concrete, with large glass sections that blur the line between indoors and outdoors. You'll find peace and quiet here straight away. You can swim in the 32-degree pool, cook using local ingredients, and let the evenings unfold at your own pace. The house is completely self-sufficient in terms of electricity, using solar panels and batteries. We're happy to share a place that, for us, represents peace, connection and the joy of living – and we hope you'll feel the same.

Pastoral Places

Wing on a farm with lambs and meat animals (cows with calves). The farm is located near the coast, in the middle of lush meadows and pastures with about 1.5 - 2 km walking distance to the sea. The accommodation is perfect for families with children and also great for birdwatchers as the farm is close to some of Gotland's best birding spots. Guests are responsible for bed linens and towels. The guest cleans and leaves the place in the same condition as it was in when they arrived. Bicycles are available in the yard to borrow. Kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated in 2022.

Cabin on southern Gotland

A modern cabin with 6 beds in a beautiful cultural landscape surrounded by meadows and oak forests. The house has many balconies, so just choose the one that suits you. The evening sun is wonderful! The house has all the amenities you will need such as a dishwasher and washing machine, barbecue grill and stable Wi-Fi. You clean up after yourself after your stay and you have to bring your own bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. Southern Gotland offers magical environments with sandy beaches, limestone stacks and a rich cultural life.

Forest walks around the corner, 5 km to the swimming lake and 7 km to Ljugarn's long beaches, shops and restaurants. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Shower with underfloor heating, hot water for 2 people (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. The fireplace in the picture is not working.

Newly built house near beach, Djupvik

Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Lovely vacation home near Hoburgen!

A nice holiday home in Vamlingbo near Hoburgen, Gotland's southern headland. The cottage has a spacious wooden deck with space for dining and coffee out in the south-facing location. Good opportunities for walks and bike rides on Sudret. Nearest swimming area at Kättelviken about 2.4 km along the beautiful coastal road towards Hoburgen. Child-friendly sandy beach in Austre near Holmhällars rauk area, about 8 minutes by car. To Burgsvik with shops, gas station and other services, it takes about 10 minutes by car.

Converted Chapel with Glorious Sunsets

Converted rustic limestone chapel in Vamlingbo. Conveniently located close to fantastic nature experiences, beaches and culture on Sudret. The house is surrounded by a small garden with west facing dining area overlooking the fields and offering wonderful sunsets. The house itself is full of character and offers a large sociable hall with very high ceilings. There is an open plan kitchen, large dining area and living area with fire place. There are three bedrooms + two beds in open mezzanine.

Petsarve's farmhouse

Relax in this peaceful, simple and affordable farmhouse with 5 beds. Here you can avoid WiFi and maybe have a wonderful family holiday without screen time. The cottage is under renovation but is no problem to stay in as it is right now. Electricity is available, small kitchenette with hob, refrigerator. Dishes are done outside the door. Toilet with composting indoors. There is water on the property that you can collect yourself. We wash ourselves as the Gotlanders do in the summer in the sea.

Beautiful limestone house on southern Gotland

Fride är en typisk gotlandsgård från 1700-talet. Huset är omsorgsfullt renoverat med många charmiga detaljer som kakelugn eller öppen spis i alla rum, två härliga badrum med bad och dusch. I köket finns matplats. På nedre våningen finns matsal och spelrum. Trädgården är stor med gamla vårdträd, stor terass med matbord och grill, pizzaugn, lekstuga, gungor och studsmatta. Trädgården består av flera "rum", frukost, kvällsdrink och solplats kan vara på olika lägen. En stenmur omgärdar gården.

Charming limestone cottage with stunning sea view. Skoge is a small sheep farm on the southern tip of Gotland. We offer accommodation with all modern amenities in a picturesque and tranquil farm environment. The 18th century cottage has stunning views of the coastline, the moorland and the lighthouse. It is located 2 kilometres from the sea and 15 kilometres from the nearest village. It is a paradise for outdoor activities such as hiking, bicycling, kayaking, birdwatching and beach life.

Udden

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.

Renovated Barn in the south of Gotland

Beautifully renovated barn. Large and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet. The barn has two floors with open spaces. Downstairs, there's a large dining table, central heating, and a fireplace. Upstairs, there's a TV area with two couches whereas one is a sofa bed. The sofa bed is 140cm so can fit 1-2 people (depending on size). There’s also a new fireplace. The bed is completely new and very comfortable (at least if you ask us).
