Welcome to our home, we lease an apartment attached to the house, totally independent, has kitchenette, private bathroom, wifi, TV, refrigerator and basic services. We are in the Cerro Esperanza, a private place, as we are between the vineyard of the sea and Valparaiso; 10 min from downtown Valparaiso and 15 minutes from the center of Vina del Mar. Close to beaches and all the attractions of the city. It has easy access to public transportation.

It is surrounded by fruit and native trees, minutes from the beach and the Concón roundabout. The place is perfect for a couple's getaway or just to take a break, watch birds and relax. La Casa del Almirante (Admiral's House) Guesthouse

This accommodation was the former guest house of the main property. It was renovated in 2010 but maintains the original 1960 layout. The entire property dates back to 1921 and is one of the typical turn-of-the-century houses in Viña del Mar. The guest house has all the necessary amenities and the permanent attention of the property owners. The area is very quiet and well connected to downtown Viña and Valparaíso.
