Perfectly located apartment in old town - with a gorgeous terrace to enjoy some peace outdoors. Simone was most helpful and kind with his instructions and brought me coffee for the moka when I asked was there any coffee. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby. It was a wonderful weekend medieval festival in Cortona - so memorable. Grazie

the place is lovely surrounded by woods with a breathtaking view. ideal to go with dogs and children. strategic location to visit the enchanting villages of Umbria. the house is lovely, we were there in winter and the floor heating was very pleasant. the bedroom is very spacious and the house is modern. I hope to return in the spring. Uma with her mother Lucia and her partner Luca are delightful and empathetic people. We immediately felt at home and they are available for any request. Thanks for everything ❤️

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. The stay was great. I felt really at home. As a suggestion, I would put a microwave in. Those of us who are not used to the gas fire, it's a little tricky to control the weather. I have to say something burned to me that cold and jumped the fire alarm. Something to be thanked, for safety. I let the host know right away and everything was in a fright. Despite the morning noise from the supermarket, I have no complaints and I appreciate everything there was for breakfast, etc. Thank you!!

Fantastic! Can’t imagine a better place to stay. Paolo was incredible- always available and helpful. Easy parking was 5 minute walk away and easy to leave from there to visit surrounding areas. Town of Spello is very pretty and quaint. Is a hill town so have to be willing to walk uphill slopes. Apartment was perfect for solo traveller or couple. Nice outdoor terrace with table.

Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

Excellent stay in Silvia's beautiful and spacious apartment, also equipped with all the useful amenities. Silvia was extremely welcoming and largely adapted to our arrival time. If we return to Aquapendente, we will return to Silvia.

My wife and I and our dogs were on the weekend of April 25 at Piera's place. We had a great time: small but very functional house,beautiful garden fenced for our dogs and spectacular views. We don't see you coming back.

Looooooved this place so much ! Graze Filippo. We so much enjoyed our short stay, the chat with your wonderful father and of course with you. Very clean, inside and outside. We watched the moon at night with the telescope they provide, and cooked ourself dinner. You find a lot of opportunities, table tennis, playing darts etc. Nice place also to come with younger kids who can play in the pool. We just enjoyed laying around the pool after a long day out in the area. Very quiet and relaxing time. Absolutely worth to visit if you prefer a quiet spot in the middle of the nature. I felt like I knew Filippo for longer, he is easy to connect with. Enjoy your stay ! ;-)

Unique and rare. Upon arrival, we were greeted directly by the owner, Giuliano. He briefly showed us the apartment and stopped to have a chat. In the apartment there was nothing out of place: tidy and clean, cool (we didn't even need the air conditioner, which is available if you want it), mosquito nets on the windows and in front of a beautiful garden that is very well kept and with very few mosquitoes. In addition to the usual things, at our disposal there were also zampironi and mosquito repellent, playing cards, lots of books, information on restaurants in the area, two umbrellas, coffee and, on our arrival, Giuliano made us find a nice basket of fresh fruit and a few bottles of water. They seem trivial, but they are details that make the stay much more pleasant. You can see that the owners (Giuliano and Donatella) love what they do and they manage to convey it perfectly. We very much hope to be able to return and be able to stay a few more days. Highly recommended.

The apartment was well equipped and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. We brought our own towels, but they can be provided at an extra cost. The location was ideal for us: The beach is about 1 km away and the nearest village is also about 2–3 km away on foot. Our favourite beach was Mezzavalle - definitely worth the drive and the walk! We used the accommodation as a starting point for excursions by car – to beautiful beaches, hikes and small city tours in the area. Overall a successful stay. 5 stars!

Maria’s place was such a treat for a long weekend. There are many things to do outdoors and for us it was perfect to relax with the sound of nature 24/7. There are many kids activities in the house (toys, games, puzzles$ and the nature surrounding the house is fun to explore! Mini playground is also great just across the street. We enjoyed her hospitality and kindness. Maria was always responsive, helpful, and gave great restaurant and activities recommendations.

Perfect apartment, great location! 2 minutes from the center and about 10 minutes walk to the beaches! Rossella is super nice and helpful! She provided us with bicycles and welcomed us even before the scheduled check-in. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Rossella ❤️

I've never found many amenities offered in just one place. Eliana was immediately very available to provide us with a camping bed with everything you need and a high chair with great respect for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my little girl immediately looted! In the kitchen there is a need for tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, a super approved place to stay!

New apartment just renovated, spaces perfect for 2 or 4 people. Equipped with every comfort and more for stay and preparation of dishes. There are various dishes, iron, top coffee maker, cutlery, etc. There are also two TVs with Netflix subscription included. We had a really great time, even with the host available by message, even late in the evening. We didn't miss anything in the preparation of our dishes. Clean and complete bathroom with everything, cottonfiock, diskettes, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, washing machine, phone, etc. If we're in the area, we'll definitely book again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay here! Lots to explore in the area and we had fun swimming in the lake.:)
