We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

Such a wonderful place to stay with our family! The property is spectacular, with all of the amenities one might need and lots of charm. Andrea is an exemplary host. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful house, its' privacy, amazing landscape, comfortable swimming pool, and the warm hospitality.

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

We had a great week at Silvia's place. From the first moment we really felt at home. The view from the house of the lake is stunning and the sunsets are magical. The house itself is sincerely equipped with all the comforts. The beds are wonderfully located, the bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen is very extensive. Furthermore, it is also noticeable that everything is really super clean and tidy. A lot of time and effort has been put into having everything perfect. The surroundings are of course magnificent. You have the beautiful lake in your backyard, but you will also be in Tuscany in no time. So there's more than enough to see and do. Silvia is also an incredibly nice and kind host. The communication is very pleasant and fast and she will send a very extensive explanation and tips before your arrival. And if there are any questions in between, she'll be here to help. We hope to be returning one day.

Small but cosy apartment in a beautiful area, you go out and you are in a medieval village, you take a short walk and you are having breakfast by the lake. Anguillara is also connected to Rome by train, in half an hour you are at the station of San Pietro, logistically an ideal solution. Simona is kind, responsive and precise. I recommend her.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed at this property and had a really good time. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Great place! Matteo very kind explained to us by video how to get to the apartment. We enjoyed a lot the days we were there. The location is perfect, close to a square and a 5/10 min walk from the lake. Nice place to really rest. Recommended to visit the castle above the mountain.

We stayed at Maria Argia's for our first family holiday, she and her husband were very welcoming and helpful, they provided a cot and responded promptly to my requests to facilitate the trip with a newborn. Beautiful and clean studio apartment with everything you need to cook and eat at home, as we often did. Accessible and relaxing outdoor patio, very convenient indoor parking space. On foot in a very short time you can reach both the lake and the beautiful village of Bolsena, they then suggested what to see nearby. Super recommended.

A super apartment in a perfect position within a few minutes of the ferry that operates regularly around the lake and ten minutes walk from the station. Within easy walking distance of some delightful restaurants with excellent menus.

My brothers and I really enjoyed our stay. Maurizio and Jacopo were friendly and attentive hosts. The place is cared for in every detail, the house is very clean and the garden is fantastic with a swimming pool. We also greatly appreciated the possibility of parking inside the property. The place is very quiet, surrounded by greenery and an excellent base from which to visit the villages of Trasimeno. The oasis of Agilla is truly an oasis and is highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed bbq-ing at the picnic table in the private garden with view of Montelpuciano Lake and striking ever-changing color sunsets, while our dog happily pranced on the daisy covered grass. The place was better in person than in the website photos, clean and very cozy. It has complete kitchen utensils, a cabinet full of variety of wine glasses, and nice the pellet fireplace. We appreciate Susi's generosity and attention to details. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a bouquet of fresh flowers, and olive oil from her garden. She was quick in responding and provided good info for nearby attractions. Susi is so cheerful and caring. This made our 17 day stay there a warm and wonderful experience. And oh... our dog loooovvvveees her too. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it is a great romantic place for quiet and relaxation.

This is a magical and extremely romantic place. We stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was a wonderful long weekend. Ideal for couples but also for families since there are many meadows in the surroundings where you can picnic or play with children. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind, most likely we will be back in the future. Highly recommended

A house immersed in the enchanting greenery of Lake Turano, with exclusive lake access. Inside you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having recently been used as a vacation rental, some areas of the house are being organized. The Host is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Great ! Beautiful location

We had a great time, the cottage is very nice and well maintained, with everything you need for both a short stay and longer stays. The location is extremely quiet, far from noise and traffic. However, it is easy to reach all the services you may need by car. Highly recommended for those who love animals and for those who own them, our dogs would have loved to stay there.
