This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place. A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located in the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security and a private entrance with stairs that lead to the guest suite with a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if we are home.

Mary's Place

Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. DT Spokane - 15 min. drive Shopping - 5 min. drive Coeur d'Alene - 30 min.

The Valley Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is one whole side of a duplex located in a peaceful neighborhood of Spokane Valley. The Retreat is tucked away yet super close to hiking trails, The Spokane Valley Mall, And much more! It has a huge fully enclosed backyard for the littles and fur babies to run around in while you enjoy your coffee on the elevated patio. Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Charming cottage in the pines

This stunning cottage surrounded by Ponderosa Pines is located on 6 acres in the country only 15 minutes from downtown Spokane, 15 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Cheney and Eastern Washington University. This is a private, cozy home which boasts a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, laundry and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
