The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our guest room is situated in a quiet location with a beautiful mountain view, directly in a varied recreational area. The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Modern & lovingly furnished garden house with two terraces and a brick barbecue, which can be used for barbecuing or as a fireplace. There is a 55-inch TV in the guest house, with Internet access and a free Netflix account. The swimming pond is available to both you and the residents of the adjacent agricultural estate. Schnoaderhof

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

Cozy 2-room apartment (58 sqm)

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.

Wendelstein Room "Your own hotel room"

In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. From the mini fridge to the wardrobe, this room has everything you would expect from a 3-star hotel. TV and cable TV are provided. Order and cleanliness are our top priority.

Cozy, small apartment at the foot of the Taubenberg. Ideal for active vacationers or guests of the Munich area. Quiet and idyllic location. Hikes on the Taubenberg and the Mangfall directly from the front door. Natural outdoor pool and playground 5 minutes by walk. 15 minutes' drive to Lake Tegernsee. 35 minutes' drive to Munich city center.
