Before talking about the apartment, I want to say that Antonio and Giulia were two exceptional people. For a series of coincidences on the first day our dog was lost and having asked Antonio for help, they immediately went out of their way through social media, in the search. After a few hours when I was no longer hoping for it, Antonio calls me and tells me that he found the dog! Wonderful news, so thanks again to you guys! The apartment is very nice, tidy and super clean. It is also very central, in 2 minutes walk you are in the center and at the proton of Roccaraso. Antonio is always available for advice or any kind of need. If you want to take a vacation in Roccaraso and you are no longer people, go to the Regina vacation home and you will be satisfied, without a doubt or perplexity! We'll definitely be back...

Beautiful villa with a large garden, large rooms and terrace with spectacular views. I celebrated my birthday with my friends and had a great time.

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

The place is simply wonderful, very comfortable really and with a dream setting. The hosts are one friendlier than the other, all cousins as they told us, always attentive and ready to answer any questions, in these 6 days that we stayed we had a great time even though at this time of year the weather is not good. In short, highly recommended, be sure to visit and recommend this excellent property, happiness and success with this wonderful venture, next time we will stay longer, as it is well worth it.

Luca's apartment is delicious and equipped with every comfort. Luca was available to provide us with directions and suggestions to fully enjoy the beauty of the area. It was a really pleasant stay!

The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious, everything is as in the photo, with a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the sea. Norman is friendly, responds quickly to all inquiries. Will recommend to anyone, 10/10

The house has met our expectations. Cozy, quiet and airy with a beautiful view of the sea. We went with a 7-month-old child and it was perfect for our needs, allowing us to enjoy the patio during the hottest hours and then go down to the sea in the late night. Wide availability of beaches nearby. Giorgia provided us with a cot. Host is very quick to respond to every question and need.
