House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

Renovated apartment between La Clarée and Briançon

Apartment located on the first floor of an old village house, completely renovated in 2025. La Vachette (1356 m altitude) is located at the beginning by the Clarée Valley road. (Névache 16 km away) In summer, the hikes of Briançonnais are nearby and for cyclists, the large passes (Lautaret, Galibier, Izoard, ...)are within walking distance. In winter, the ski resorts of Montgenèvre (8 km) and Serre Chevalier (9 km) are quickly accessible.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to late March, due to snow, the climb is only by hiking, allow a maximum of 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Studio, Montgenevre, Briançon

Petit chalet dans la Vallée de la Clarée au bord des pistes de ski de fond des Alberts. Situé à 7 min en voiture de Briançon et 10min de la station de ski de Montgenèvre (possible en navette). Chalet Plein sud et cosy sur terrain arboré. Accès au parking, salle de bain, chambre en mezzanine, petit salon avec cuisine equipé et canapé lit. De 2 à 4 personnes max.

Clarée Valley

Located at the entrance to the Névache valley where the apartment is on the ground floor, you can enjoy the terrace and the garden. From the apartment beautiful walks along the Clarée are easily accessible. You will also be close to magnificent hikes in Haute-Claree with its many high-altitude lakes.
