Holiday rentals with a patio in Vallecito Reservoir

I had an excellent stay! The entry to the building was easy to get to. I liked that the back patio backs up to the golf course and faces west. The home was clean and very comfortable feel. I enjoyed the gym, pool, spa, sauna, and tried both restaurants. The prospector restaurant at glacier had the most amazing sea bass dinner. 10/10 stay.

We were right in the thick of things happening downtown, but when we retired we slept soundly. I also enjoyed hearing the Silverton train whistle each morning at 9:15.

Great place to stay! Well worth the money! The hospitality from Lee and his wife makes you really feel welcomed!

The unit was a timeshare condo in a small village of 6 identical units. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchen with dishwasher and living room with pull out couch bed and TV, King Size bed with another TV, nice tall shower, small front patio for two chairs and a table. Everything was perfect for us. The Check In staff were helpful and easy to contact. This stay comes with a lot of amenities including the Rec Center and on Friday they had free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Pagosa in general is a great place to stay, definitely visit the Hidden Track when JB is bartending, but for this review I’ll stay focused on the lodging and host. If you follow Brooke’s instructions to give your name as written on your government ID and make sure your phone number is up to date in the AirBnB app, it was a seamless check in and a nice stay at a fair price. With good staff on site and clear communication from Brooke, this was the nicest and easiest AirBnB experience I’ve had.

This is such a scenic, beautiful and peaceful stay! We loved everything about it. The views and the atmosphere were just breathtaking. This is the perfect place for a peaceful gateway.

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

This is the best place to stay at Purgatory Resort. Ski-in Ski-out is an understatement. Literally, skied right to ski lift. I would recommend staying here every trip to Purgatory Resort. Kris is always helpful in every aspect.

Overall the stay was great! Timothy is very responsive and accommodating. He is on-site right next door and has 2 adorable frenchies that came out to greet us as well as being the protector of the property lol. The kitchen was well stocked for those that like to cook and the principle bedroom had a super comfy bed. Lots of room to relax and conveniently located between Purgatory resort and the springs, close to the downtown area. Highly recommend.

We were very happy to stay at Brittney's place in Pagosa! The location was right in town and overlooking the tee box which was so cool! The house has a great layout for family or friends sharing a place.

Charming house in a great location. Clean and well appointed, we'll definitely stay again. Sarah was very helpful and responsive.

Michelle’s place blew us away. It was even better than the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could imagine. The steam shower was a big hit for our group. And having a garage for a vehicle is a big bonus. Especially when it snows, as it did a lot during our stay. The master bedroom overlooks the highway and ski resort so you do hear the snow plows working away in the early morning hours. But hard to complain when it’s a powder day on the slopes😃

Chelsea is an amazing host. She responded to all our questions on time. Had a very planned and well thought out experience for guests. She provided everything a traveling guest may need and may even forget to bring. It was an amazing stay experience. we loved the home.

Great place for me to stay! I stayed for about a month and it was fantastic, and still would’ve been perfect for a weekend getaway. Close enough to the city that you don’t have to drive too far, but enough distance that you don’t hear any noise and night. Very peaceful and my dog loved it too. My only complaint is that there weren’t any great roads to walk my dog on, but the large backyard was enough for him to play and run and get his energy out! All the nearby animals were very fun to interact with too!

What a great home! You can tell Melissa was very thoughtful when designing this home and adding details to what a guest may need. She was very responsive and so kind. The home was comfy, clean and private. We enjoyed walking around and just being outside. The deck and outdoor seating area was also neat. We really enjoyed having ice cream by the fire pit. Our little boys played outside and enjoyed having the space. Great place for stargazing. It was about 15-20 min from Durango but the drive felt faster. We would totally come back!

Great location! Easy access to downtown Pagosa Springs and a 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Resort and the neighborhood was private and quiet. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful and had the kindest welcome with a handwritten note and snacks. The home was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, fans, and comfortable bedding! We will be back!

Needed a last minute place to stay and Steve was quick to response with every need and very accommodating! I will definitely be back!

We loved the place. Very cozy and close to all the great spots in Durango. I will say the upstairs neighbor/renter was very loud and we could hear them through the floor at night in the bedroom. I don't fault Ross for this. Thanks! Dan

Great decor with so many thoughtful touches to make the place feel cozy and comfortable. Stocked with coffee, water cooler to keep you hydrated and very comfortable beds! I loved the location too. Easy access to Wolf creek, in a quiet residential area and out of the main tourist hub - right in the middle of both access to down town restaurants and City Market supermarket.

Jennifer & Jeremy’s condo is centrally located and as advertised. Moreover, I needed some support with a personal errand & favor and they went above & beyond with their hospitality.

Condo was conveniently located with easy parking. The ski lockers were super helpful. The pull out bed had a memory foam topper that made it very comfy. Bathroom was good size for 4 people. Kitchen was well stocked.

Stayed here with my daughter for a spring break ski trip. This place was perfect for us. We were super comfortable, the location is beautiful and nearby a great pizza place and burger joint. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. For being on this side of town, getting to the ski area was quick and painless. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was great, was easy to find and very close to the slopes. The view of the mountain was really nice.
