The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

The owners live near the farmhouse for any incidents or needs. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people, although an additional sofa bed can be prepared. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, it is not shared and is operational from April to October
