We are located in the Lecrin Valley, halfway between the Sierra Nevada and the Costa Tropical, in the countryside, but with access to all kinds of services in the nearby villages or in Granada city (20 min). With almost 2.000 m2 of land, totally fenced, salt water swimming pool, WiFi, heat pump, air conditioning, garden, etc. A wonderful place in the middle of nature to enjoy with family or friends. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of the guest without sharing with anyone else.

A nice and spacious manor house in Lanjarón.

A restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Rustic air between Alpujarreño and Marroquí, it is a very cool house in summer and warm in winter, in addition to a pellet stove it has a large fireplace and a lot of natural shade from deciduous trees on the terrace. The house is perfectly equipped with all the kitchenware, linens, and towels. The house "Sol de la Vega" is located in the heart of Otivar, a village famous for its tropical valley and fruit. It is in a rural location, with steep hills. The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

I've built the house and I'll take feedback from some of my customers - you've put a lot of love into this house. We have a covered inner courtyard, with a glass dome on the second floor, which gives plenty of light to the interior even on cloudy days. It has a special charm on moonlit nights when its light illuminates part of the courtyard, giving it a special spell. A terrace with valley views where we don't miss a sunset, some are spectacular.
