Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

A 2 bedroom apartment in the center of Champex-Lac only a minutes walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Recently renovated to a high standard, this apartment offers a fantastic view of Champex-Lac from the living space and also both bedrooms which are also south facing. There is also a large 16m2 balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the stunning views from outside. There is a wood burning chimney, internet and cable tv all included as well as an underground covered private parking place.

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

It was a doctor's villa, located on top of the most sought-after hill in the valley, because it overlooks the city of Aosta, allowing a 360° view of the 4 side valleys, and frontally on Monte Emilius 3559 meters, from a privileged perspective. It looks like a mountain chalet, but it is a terraced villa surrounded by greenery, a 5-minute drive from the historic center of Aosta.
