Apartment exactly as described and in the photos. Excellent location, easy to get to the center walking without a taxi or Uber. All very well cared for and new. The only point of attention was the air conditioner that leaked a lot when turning on and off but did not hinder the stay since it was working. For the rest, everything perfect and impeccable, I highly recommend this place! Great communication with the host too, responded super fast. Thank you!

Beautiful place resembling the photos in every way, the private pool allows you to cool down on hot days in Valladolid. The bed is very comfortable, a brewer is installed as well as air conditioning. Mosquito screens are displayed at each window. The wifi was functional. I highly recommend this listing

I would recommend ++ this place. He is faithful to the description. The room is clean and has everything for a pleasant stay. Sarai remains available and helped us as soon as we had any questions. We were able to rent 2 bikes at 150pesos for the day. The secure accommodation, it is close to all amenities and is a 15min walk from the TEEN bus terminal, also close to the center.

The Yellow Colonial House was a lovely place to stay to explore Valladolid, we wished we had more time to stay longer! The accommodation is very cute and information inside explained it's history as an old photography studio. The location was very central, right behind the cathedral but still felt private and quiet. The host was so helpful and provided so much information about local restaurants and attractions, I think she would make an excellent tour guide 😁 Drinking water and coffee was included also which was great. Overall delighted with our stay.

We stayed for three nights, and loved the place. It is well located near some very nice bars and shops, and the house itself is great. Big comfy bed, nice bathroom and a really great courtyard with a hammock for relaxing in at the end of a day. Would definitely recommend as a nice place to stay for a few days for couples!

The spotless place, the room, bathroom, kitchen, pool... everything is very good. The place is somewhat removed from the center and in an area where there is practically nothing, if you do not have your own car, transportation can be a problem, other than that, everything is spectacular.

Great place and Leticia is a great host! We (a family with 2 small kids) really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!

A beautiful place to be and see birds, nature, enjoy Valladolid and other magical villages, cenotes, pyramids without being in the noise of cars and people. Monica and Marylin are proactive hosts and are in communication for everything you need . I really enjoyed being here as a family .

Vivyana's house is the perfect place to stay in Valladolid. It is in a very quiet cul-de-sac which is perfect for sleeping well but you can easily access the city center (20 minutes walk). The house is clean and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable. The pool is a real plus and it is lovely. Lastly, and most importantly, we enjoyed meeting Vivyana who gave us great tips on things to visit in the area, especially her favorite cenotes which were gems. Thank you very much

This was my first time to Valladolid, and I have to say it was extraordinary, made so in part by our accommodations. Alan's place was amazing, beautiful inside. The house has lots of character, extremely comfortable, some of us didn't leave the first day of our stay just to spend a relaxing day at the house. Alan and his family made us feel very welcomed, comfortable and important to them. Him and his family have my deepest respect. The one problem that we encountered on our stay there, was our vacation wasn't long enough, I would have loved to stay another week or so. If I ever return to Valladolid I would definitely love to stay back at this house, I don't think I would enjoy staying anywhere else. I have already recommended Alan's place to a couple friends, and we just returned home yesterday.

The accommodation was as described and pictured in the photos and had, in addition to a small garden and a washing machine. In the kitchen there was a 20 liter water can available for me as well as coffee, tea and water in the fridge. The place was clean and Dona Rosi, who is also available as a point of contact, was able to meet in person and was incredibly friendly and accommodating as well as André. The property is within walking distance of the city and numerous restaurants, attractions and excursion destinations. Check-in is easy via a key box and André and Dona Rosi provided me with all the information.

The facilities are super well, and the house is very spacious. We had a rental car and we were moving in the direction of downtown without a problem. We were only 1 day but really would have loved to enjoy the facilities longer, everything looked great and very clean.

Great location, you can easily walk to most places which are 10/15 mins away from the city centre. The room is simple, clean and comfortable. Didier is a responsive and friendly host.
