Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

For those who want quiet and privacy, the house has a great location. Alexandre was super attentive when we need him. Maria was with us on the 4 days of stay, preparing our food and helping us with what was needed. They were a differentiator for us. Super recommend the services of Maria. I loved my stay at the house, spent the weekend of my birthday together with my family and it was wonderful, I highly recommend, the pool is perfect, big and warm, everyone enjoyed a lot, the house was well-equipped the rooms all a grace and accommodated everyone very well, the host is very kind, gave me tips of places that made firewood delivery and always responded to me quickly, for sure we will come back more times 😁

The property was extremely clean, including the pool. The place is much larger than in the pictures. Large and comfortable room, as well as all other spaces in the farm. Comfortable furniture. Full kitchen. Convenience, fuel station, pharmacy, supermarket etc., very close by. The hostess is extremely polite and proactive. Great for pets. We'll be back for sure!

The farm is beautiful! Super well structured, with everything you need, easy to get to, it's a real paradise! I went to celebrate my birthday there, if I have the opportunity I'll definitely go back! The Catlina farm is an indescribable and special place! A place of peace and tranquility to enjoy with friends and family! The Hosts made us feel super comfortable ! The amenities of the house are better than the photo, everything is perfect and spotless !

The stay was perfect, with absolutely nothing to criticize! Communication with Hellen was clear, objective and very cordial from the start, and support with shopping and menu organization was extremely efficient. The farm is huge and has all the infrastructure for fun. Both the host and the housekeeper were very helpful and helped us with all our needs. The wifi is very good and supported 6 people working simultaneously with meetings and video conferences. Given the value and size, it's actually ideal for large groups, which was our case. As for the location, it is 10 minutes from an Atacarejo that has absolutely everything, but at the condominium door there is also a market that meets the needs well. I recommend Chácara to anyone looking for a place to have fun with family and friends.

Excellent space, perfectly accommodated 16 people. Perfect, large and beautiful leisure area. It rained and the internal area was able to accommodate everyone, without tightening. There were people playing video game (not from the house), playing cards, and others talking in the dining room, without one getting in the way of the other. The place is huge. The table is very large. I celebrated my birthday and the furniture buffet is perfect for decoration, staying on a wall that serves as a beautiful photo background. The house is already beautiful in the photos, in person it is even more. My family loved it and only praised it. Neimar is an excellent host, very attentive and kind. Location near downtown, super close to Campinas - about 17 to 20 minutes away (where my family came from). We want to go back. Highly recommend.

Marcelo is an excellent host, although we did not know us personally, he was very requested from the first moment. Also, it helped me a lot with recommendations from local professionals and services. Already in the house, the housekeeper Reinaldo was also super cute and helpful. The leisure area is definitely the star of the house, which makes it worth the investment. The only point to observe are the furniture and beds, which are very rustic and old, but nothing that generates great discomfort. I recommend it!

Our family stayed for 45 days in this Sanctuary, the place is wonderful, super private, quiet and cozy. The caretakers are very hospitable, always giving us vegetables and fruits they harvested from the land and always accessible when we needed them. It was an unforgettable.

The stay was excellent! Leonardo is extremely receptive and attentive, always willing to listen and open to suggestions. All that was previously agreed upon has been complied with carefully and responsibly. The communication with him is easy and enjoyable, which makes the experience even more positive. The space has a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, of those that make us feel at home. And the surrounding countryside is a chapter apart — it conveys peace, renews energy and makes the environment even more special. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes you want to go back and indicate whenever possible.

The property met the expectations well. It has several rooms and many extra mattresses. The pool was clean and was well enjoyed. The refrigerators and freezer all working and very useful. The place is very large and also has a block. The location is good, it is located in a pouch of farms and a few minutes from the asphalt. A very beautiful place. We made a birthday and brought the ready-made food, just to warm up on the spot. The inner parking lot was very good for guests to disembark, in total should fit some 8 cars if you use all the capacity.

Everyone felt in the clouds, well treated and overwhelmed by the high level of what they found on the property. It did not make you want to leave.. the house has a great energy and everything available is of quality far above the average. It was made with care and everything is still majestic to the delight of those who are lucky to spend time there

The property corresponds to the pictures. Very quiet place, with an excellent cooking apparatus (pans, utensils, etc.), home well cared for and well cleaned when we arrived.
