Tanja's place is a great spot to stay when visiting Izola. It's within walking distance of the promenade and beaches, and it includes a parking spot—a rare find during peak season. The apartment is very well equipped for a short stay, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. The outdoor area is a bonus, complete with furniture and a gas BBQ. Tanja is a fantastic host—very friendly and welcoming. She shared freshly picked cherries and wine with us, and we had a lovely evening together. As a sweet farewell gesture, she even gave our son a plush toy. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. without any problems, Ivan made things simple for me, Ivan's accommodation is in a good location for getting around or exploring the surroundings. The house is clean, tidy and spacious. We had a great time! Ivan is always positive to the questions asked and always nice! Croatia is wonderful! Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment in the best, quiet location above the old town (small fitness training on foot back included ;)). Very clean and modernly equipped, super comfortable bed! Only the blackout could have been more for me personally. The private parking and the terrace (during our stay there was no one else in the house) are worth gold! We felt comfortable all around. We chose to stay at Smarje so we could easily reach the Slovenian coast, Istria and some other parts of Slovenia. This apartment was really ideal. A perfect size for a couple for a three night stay, it was immaculately clean and had good amenities with good parking. Thank you Jani for all your recommendations of local sites and restaurants. We loved Kobo and Stella Maris.

Mevlida was very friendly and accommodating and warmly welcomed us and our two dogs. It was very important to her that we had a nice stay with her and often inquired if we needed anything else. She gave us valuable tips for day trips that were really worth it! Overall, we felt completely comfortable with her and I can fully recommend the accommodation.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for travelling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away. A minimarket, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

We had a perfect holiday with 2 small children in Anna's house. The garden and terrace to sit outside and barbecue in the evening was an absolute highlight. Perfect location to the sea and bike paths. Thank you Anna for your kind communication.

We were received very warmly🙏🏼 A few apartments are rented there, as well as parking for campers. For those who like company, there is a giant table outside where you could spend a nice evening with wine. It has air conditioning, small kitchen and a balcony. Very clean and nicely decorated. It was just beautiful, we would recommend it!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Peter was always very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Check-in was very flexible and Peter greeted us personally. The house was great. Very spacious, everything is sparkling clean and everything you need is also available. We immediately felt very comfortable and would stay with Peter again at any time. There's nothing wrong with it.

Sandi is a great host of great kindness. We loved the very clean house, with a nice terrace and beautiful views. Very nice environment. We are delighted with our stay at Sandi's. There is a place to park the car.

Great place. Had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Simon was very helpful. Getting in was a little tricky but mainly because we arrived at night. Simon provided good photo instructions but, again, at night, well, it was dark - not his fault. A warning: the apartment is on the fifth floor and there's no elevator. That was no problem for us (and maybe that's in the listing) but it's something to consider if you're older and/or have a disability. But otherwise, it's a great apartment. I would definitely rent it again.

We had 10 wonderful days in Andrej's apartment. The terrace is a dream to have breakfast or read in the evening, etc. The surroundings were very quiet for us. The apartment has a very cleverly thought-out and designed spatial concept in which we quickly felt very comfortable and at home. Andrej helped us very quickly with all questions. The arrival was no problem for us by car to unload the luggage, as we have a very small car. If you still need a stroller, a small lightweight model is more practical, as the steps are quite narrow to carry a stroller into the apartment. We enjoyed the stay as a whole very much and would be happy to come back
