This accommodation was booked by the Bellingen Readers & Writers Festival for one of our participating authors in festival over the June long weekend. Jock was very happy with the accommodation and found it to be very comfortable. Stephanie was flexible with checkin and checkout times which was very much appreciated. We would recommend Stephanie's Airbnb for its location, quiet environment and comfortable accommodation.

Thank you, Sarah, for a wonderful stay. The property is truly special, thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting, abundant wildlife, breathtaking sunset, and this morning’s sunrise. The thoughtful layout made the time here so comfortable, and it was a joy to watch the local birdlife welcome the new day with a morning bath. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing experience.

We had the most beautiful stay at Helen’s property. What a beautiful family she has, and they were extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Easy check in and out, super clear instructions on how to find the property and Helen was very responsive whenever communicating with her. Staying in Raleigh was such a great option for us, it’s a <5 min drive off the highway, and so quick and easy to get into Coffs / Toormina / Sawtell or to C.EX stadium (in the past we have stayed north and there was always so many lights and traffic at certain times so this drive was much more preferable) Property was kept immaculately, everything you need is provided, plenty of towels, hangers, couches, trundles, TV, fans, a heater etc 10/10 would stay here again! Thank you to Helen and your beautiful family for having us this weekend, we hope to see you again in the future!

I had such a great stay! i didn't leave much because it was so relaxing and I had everything I needed. Lovely provisions, pasta for dinner and omelettes for breakfast and some beautiful fresh orange juice with oranges from the vine. I rarely stay at the same place twice but I would 100% stay here again! The bird life was worth the stay alone, so good!
