Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Scopri questo appartamento nuovo ed elegante, un open space di cucina e soggiorno in perfetto stile moderno. La zona notte è comporta da due ampie camere matrimoniali e un bagno con grande doccia. I toni del legno e del blu degli arredi trasmettono calore e armonia, mentre i dettagli unici arricchiscono l’ambiente: una meravigliosa terrazza con solarium, zona pranzo e barbecue è l' ideale per godere di tramonti spettacolari. Alcuni mobili antichi aggiungono un affascinante tocco di tradizione.

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

Si è immersi dal verde ma a soli dieci minuti dal casello autostradale Asti-Est. Situato tra Asti e Moncalvo si rivela un punto ideale. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest’oasi di quiete ed eleganza.

Located a few steps from the castle of Montemagno, is our Townhouse which combines modern finishes and rustic country character. Inside, enjoy the uncluttered energy and be treated with renovated finishings, a king size bed, a living and play space, equipped kitchen and fast internet. Outside, enjoy the balcony with stunning views on the hills, or walk amongst the quite streets (vicoli) of the medieval village with its monuments and the circular path overlooking the monferrato hills.

Cascina Buffetto Miravalle. Casa con piscina.

La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.

It is conveniently located - shops and sights are all within easy access - and the towns of Asti, Rocca d'Arazzo, Agliano and Canelli are only a few kilometers away.
