In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

It is located in a quiet hamlet, close to the beautiful sites of the region (Beauval 35 minutes away), Château de la Loire and Center Parcs. The accommodation is composed of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a large bedroom upstairs with toilet. Guests can also enjoy a garden (sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture). Charming townhouse completely renovated, located on a quiet street 300 meters from the river (Cher) and 600 meters from the castle. Convenience stores are within a short walking distance. Every Thursday there is a large market with local products. Located in the heart of a tourist region between zoo (15 min from Beauval Zoo) and castles (Cheverny, Chenonceau, Chambord...). The Flanders gîte is ideal for spending good times with family.

The house is 20 minutes from Zoo Parc de Beauval, 5 minutes from Selles sur Cher (Thursday morning market and various shops including a cheese shop), 10 minutes from Château de Valençay, 35 minutes from Château de Cheverny and 15 minutes from the A85 motorway. House without air conditioning but it keeps it cool in summer!

Our accommodation is located on a quiet 1-hectare wooded plot. Guests can enjoy the animals, the plant maze, the zip line We can accommodate a couple with a child, if the child is no more than 1.40 m tall. The accommodation has a double bed (140 x 200), a child's bed (160 x 60) and a baby bed (60 x 120 cm).
