Great accommodation. Once again I was very well received by Thayron's parents. The house has everything the guest needs for a good stay. Very quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, greengrocer and bakery nearby. The house is less than 2 km from downtown Timóteo. I recommend it to all future guests.

Casa Nova, well located, well-structured (furniture; appliances/electronics- such as fridge, stove, washing machine, tv, air conditioning, microwave, air fryer; cabinets…), clean. The photos correspond to reality. Very attentive Rubens and responded quickly to the sent msg. I recommend it!

Leonidia was a great host, friendly and attentive. We had to change dates and she was super understanding. It also made one more bed for us, we were in 3 people and for work. The accommodation was great, the house extremely clean and organized, with good space as well. The bathroom is large and the whole house is well equipped. We didn't lack anything.

Boa Casinha, simple but well completed, everything clean and working, the kitchen with basic utensils and good for the use of the kitchen, clean and smelling sheets. The neighborhood is very quiet, in relation to noise and safe. Covered garage. That's great. I just thought we lost some of the privacy in relation to the house from above, through the shutters,. One hears everything that is said about both houses.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jussara’s place. The place is exactly as described , beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The location was perfect, close to pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets and the shopping mall is just 10 minutes away by car. What truly set this experience apart was Jussara’s hospitality, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome . Last but not least she is extremely friendly and replies to messages in no time . I highly recommend and would love to stay again!
