Our loft is completely independent in our property. It consists of a ground floor with bathroom and dressing room, upstairs open space, very large with a double bed on a wooden platform, a bathroom with shower, and a comfortable sofa 90cm ... You can enjoy the tranquility of our garden, the hut on stilts and the playground for children. Our loft is located in a village with a beautiful castle and a forest within walking distance to the boardwalk, many walking and cycling. Less than 3 km, a leisure center with swimming pool, paddle boats, waterslides ... and indoor pool with waterslide, you can rent canoes on the lake or river. A mountain bike circuit of 43 km through our village. We are: - 10 minutes from Châteaudun castle, caves, natural history museum, big medieval festival "Frequently Asked wool" the first weekend of July every year. - A 50km from the historic center of Chartres and its famous cathedral, illumination of the city and its monuments from April to September. - At 1 pm the castles of the Loire: Chambord, Chenonceau, Chaumont sur Loire, the Clos Lucé, where Leonardo da Vinci lived in Amboise and many others. - 1 hour from Blois with its castle and house of magic. - At 1:30 Beauval Zoo in St Aignan. - 1 h of attraction Papéa Le Mans-city park. - 1h30 from Paris.

Ideally located at the gates of Châteaudun on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostelle without detours, a perfect stop on the Loir bike route and accessible to people with reduced mobility, it offers a small garden with terrace where you can have your meals, as well as access to my land on the edge of the Loir (not PRM), which I will be happy to share!

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Ideally located in the heart of Châteaudun, at the foot of the castle, on a pedestrian street in the heart of the medieval site, you will stay in this peaceful and quiet apartment, fully equipped and refurbished. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and comfortable for 2 people, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Linens/towels provided. Its entrance also allows you to safely store bicycles.

Pleasant 2-room apartment, city center

Ideally located, between the city center and the train station within a 5-minute walk, this functional apartment is located in a quiet residence on the 2nd floor. It is intended for 2 but can possibly accommodate 2 additional people (children via a sofa bed) Nearby you will find buildings such as the castle, the old quarters, Place du 18 Octobre... You can also discover the underground world of Châteaudun by visiting the famous Foulon Caves.

Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.

Come and discover the cows in the meadow and relax in the Pod Hut by the water... We will welcome you in all simplicity to our family farm. By coming to us, you choose to be around our farm friends. Your stay may be an opportunity to watch our cows being milked, and why not, bottle feed the little ones. We are located in the heart of various hiking trails, for which we can guide you.

We offer a getaway 1.5 hours from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will not be overlooked, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
