Family-friendly holiday rentals in Valdoviño

The house is great, very large and cozy. A couple of things broke down, but the guy came right away to help us out. Very nice. It was quite clean but didn't have perfect cleaning, it looked on the corners and in things that aren't usually cleaned. The upstairs part of the house was very cold. I guess because it wasn't inhabited. It smelled pretty damp. The heater didn't get well upstairs, the second night we had a less cold. There was one room with no door. The upstairs had no blinds, and the curtains were not opaque I had a gas station nearby and the Jaccuzzi is great

We were very comfortable in Tomás's house, it has everything you need and the location is very good, you can walk in a few minutes to the center of the village. The views of the estuary are wonderful when the tide is high. 100% Recommended

It’s my second time staying. Great place, great house, and perfect location for seeing Galicia Basque Country abs Portugal as it’s all within driving distances.

We loved the apartment. Comfortable, clean, bright, with all the amenities and conveniently located. Excellent treatment from Ana and her family.

The accommodation was as described in the listing but the access is very uncomfortable due to the narrowness of the road that has to be common to get to know it. Otherwise, everything is great, the stay and the hosts.

María and her husband José are wonderful, very attentive hosts. Reachable at any time and very helpful. When fruits are ripe in the garden, the guest gets a portion of it. The view from the window into the garden and beyond to a part of the Ria de Viveiro is beautiful and soothing. And I can imagine how nice the stay on the terrace must be in warm, sunny weather. During my stay, the weather was partly miserable, and I had to imagine the charms of the immediate surroundings in the imagination...María gave valuable tips for excursions, and there were many stimulating conversations with her and her husband José. The listing is exactly as described. Very good location ,spacious ,bright,quiet ,no noise of any kind,where the only thing you hear is the seagulls. Definitely highly recommended.

The stay at Iago's place was even better than we expected. They have been watching over us at all times, even though we already knew the village. The apartment is just as it is in the pictures and there is everything on the street. A great option to visit San Ciprian. We will be back!!

Fantastic home for a vacation. It has 3 full double rooms with a bathroom and a small room with two bunk beds and a bathroom. It has a living-dining room-kitchen with enough space for 8 people and all necessary appliances and kitchenware. It also has a barbecue and a huge garden with a pool. The most outstanding location, house and service from the host and his housekeeper. At first it feels isolated but it’s only a short drive from a lot of great beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely return, without a doubt.

The place has been great, the location is very well, it is close to many ideal places to visit the house is spacious and is perfect for a few days with family or group of friends. The porch, the pool and the views very good the stay the truth.

We had a lovely time at Jose’s place. Beautiful spacious villa and nice pool / outdoor space. 5-6 minutes walk to a beautiful long surf beach with bars and restaurants en route . Many other lovely beaches and walks nearby. Good supermarkets 10 minutes away in Carballo . On the down side was - no hairdryer as advertised and when we used the kettle it fused all the electrics so we had to boil water for drinks in the coffee maker instead or on the stove top . Also very noisy dog next door barked at slightest thing - all afternoon some days and also all through the night on some nights . Not very good for a good nights sleep but not in Jose’s control obviously . The drainage pipe in the sink in the outhouse next to the washing machine was not connected so when I used it to rinse clothes I was soaked as water came out of the bottom. Despite these minor points we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back .

Always a pleasure to return to Margarita's house. Beautiful cottage, incredible pool and unbeatable views. The host's service is always very easy and friendly, making the stay incredible. They always make sure that everything is perfect and if they can help with something, they don't hesitate to offer it.

Very pretty apartment and Ana is extremely nice! Tiny apartment but cozy, everything is available. Close to bus station. Bathroom is separated but not closed for the main room. We didn’t use the swimming pool as we didn’t have time for it. Will come back :)

Just the perfect place for a weekend with friends. Couldn't ask for more! Celia was an amazing host - we need to go back again.

We are in love with the house and the beautiful place in which it is located. It's unfortunate that it has passed so fast and not being able to enjoy it anymore. Amelia has been very attentive at all times and that same affection has put it in every detail, it has everything to make you feel comfortable, you can relax and enjoy. We look forward to coming back!
