Welcome to our late 19th century farmhouse “Basin d’Amor” where you can share your passion for this splendid land, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Ancient 18th century villa, built among the sweet, rolling hills of Monferrato, with panoramic views of vineyards, fields, forests and the spectacular Alps in the background, in a UNESCO world heritage land. Meals from breakfast to dinner are bookable as an extra facility to your stay by the bistrot/restaurant of the tenuta.
