I absolutely loved my stay here! The place is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, it was super convenient, with bakeries and grocery shops just a short and easy walk away. I’d love to come back again.

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

We stayed at Maria Luisa's for 3 days during the Christmas holidays. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sheltered location with beautiful mountain views. Maria Luisa was always responsive in times of need. The only advice, given the somewhat rough road to get there, is to save the location on the navigator. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Vacation above expectations. The house is essential, but with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The wood-burning heater was a beautiful and engaging discovery. The lack of electricity, supplied by the photovoltaic, was not a problem, as well as we really appreciated the absence of the TV. A little less, from the ladies, the inability to use the hair dryer....but, quiet, it seems that from next year the 220 (unfortunately!) arrives. Enzo and his wife were very kind and very helpful as were co-host Michela. The surroundings are beautiful and allow hiking in pristine mountains. Not far from the house, I point out La Posteria Baitel, where you can eat typical local dishes, be welcomed by the very nice Lollo and make friends with the Valleys who are extremely friendly.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

House inint conditions, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful and Oscar was a great host.

The house was simply perfect for us - in sunshine we enjoyed the wonderful view outside. On the cooler days, we read comfortably in front of the fireplace. The beds were so cuddly that sometimes we just wanted to stay in bed, but then the very luxurious bathroom motivated us to take a shower😉! The kitchen is also well equipped. Since it was a bit cooler, we even made a last fondue with mountain cheese from the region in May - wonderful!

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

The apartment was super clean! A beautiful smell greeted us at the entrance. Everything perfectly thought out and finished with the smallest details. Towels beautifully tied with a ribbon in packages. All the necessary accessories, hotel slippers, etc. Very impressed! Very nice people and a place worth recommending!!!

Our family of 8 adults spent a great week at Roberto's villa. Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there was so much to do in this house and around the area. When we arrived verything was very clean and Roberto was very flexible and full of trust towards new guests. Plus, he was always available for questions and provided helpful recommendations & gifts of hospitality (the cherry on top of the stay). If you are looking for a place full of ammenities and opportunities to enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's accommodation! Everything was absolutely clean, lovingly furnished and incredibly cozy – you immediately felt comfortable. We lacked nothing, every detail was really thought of. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, exactly what we needed. Thank you, Alessandro – we'd love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Riva del Garda, managed by the same owners as Residence Filanda. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Although the immediate area is quiet and there isn’t much around within walking distance, it was a peaceful and relaxing base for exploring the region. The hosts were very welcoming and professional, and their care for the property really shows. Overall, a great experience — we’re happy to give a 5-star rating!

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

We (2 adults, 1 baby + dog) spent 14 days in this fantastic bungalow and we were sad when we had to leave. Gemma was an all-round perfect hostess. We felt in great hands and "at home" from the first second. I have never experienced such a warm relationship before. Helpful with all our concerns. The surroundings are absolutely amazing, every athlete's heart will get its money's worth here! There are endless cycling and hiking trails. We will definitely not have been there for the last time. It was a wonderful stay in every respect and, combined with these nice people, the most beautiful holiday ever! Thank you, dear Gemma + Team!

The stay was just perfect! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal: practically downtown! Viola was very kind. A really nice experience, which I would recommend without hesitation to anyone!

Comfortable Maura's apartment, clean and spacious, a great location in a quiet area near the woods and village center. The garden is very comfortable, although these days the weather was not very sunny, Dark was able to roll on lawn and snow. Very kind and helpful Micol who welcomed me. Really nice stay.

I stayed at the house for a weekend with my family. The house is very spacious, equipped with every comfort and very close to Bormio. Communication with hosts and co-hosts was easy and they provided us with great tips for dinner. Highly recommended

Lovely place in lovely town

A holiday dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without a lift and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the centre of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye!
