This is an amazing B & B and place to stay. We came to Teglio to follow up on a genealogy quest, and found many answers, all of which were assisted by Lucia and her husband Aurelio. Nothing was too much trouble for them: telephone inquiries, contact with the local priest and authorities and lovely ambient walks around the town and to old ancestral vines and homes. Contact was actually made with an ancestor! It was truly amazing. Teglio itself is a quaint, beautiful town, filled with historical buildings; Palazzo Beste, and the Biblioteca and the town church Chiesa di Sant'Eufemia, all beautifully preserved, and boasts many bars, for that quick Machiatto, or the many restaurants, to sample the authentic Pizzoccheri, buckwheat pasta, with potato, cheese, cabbage and crunchy garlic. One of our favourite restaurants was AlTiglia. Lucia’s B & B was amazing. It was her husband Aurelio’s ancestral home of over 1,000 years of age. The home was very inviting and the rooms are in the style of ‘a county theme’ with all the mod cons: modern hot shower, warm central heating (we even had light snow one night), we had our own little kitchen and the old stone brick of the home was beautiful. You can live quite separately, having an entrance that is fully accessed any time of the night. The town is very safe to walk through, even at night, and the electronic gate at the B &B provides a safe park for a car. The breakfasts were wonderful. Lucia bakes her own cakes, goes to the bakery every morning for fresh bread and rolls and asks you what you want for breakfast. Our choice, of bacon and eggs, was cooked each morning. Cereals, juice, jams, local honey and cakes provided something for everyone. Lucia and Aurelio, are a happy and very friendly couple. We were made to feel at home, and it certainly was a lovely home. They both show that having a B & B is a pleasure for them to have and to provide a wonderful experience. We certainly had that. Thank you Lucia and Aurelio for having us in your home and we will certainly return!

Soggiorno perfetto. Winebnb è una location meravigliosa, in pieno centro, una struttura storica con mobilio di design e arredato con molto gusto. Colazione deliziosa in una cucina bellissima. Piero è una persona eccezionale, si è immediatamente dimostrato disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi problema e ci ha aiutati consigliandoci varie attività nella zona, delle quali siamo stati più che soddisfatti. Non possiamo che ringraziarlo e speriamo di reincontrarci presto. Torneremo sicuramente!

seit 5 Jahren mache ich Urlaub in Norditalien und dies ist eins der besten B&B das ich hier gefunden habe : ein kleines Schmuckstück mit großartigen Ausblick auf die Dächer von Ponte in Valtellina und die Berge, herrliche Umgebung und freundliche Menschen im Dorf. Norma ist eine tolle Gastgeberin: immer gut zu erreichen, hilfsbereit und sie versorgt die Gäste täglich mit frischem Obst, Getränken und Gebäck aus der Region - sehr lecker alles! Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sono stata presso la struttura "agriturismo Belotti" nel weekend del 14 dicembre con la mia bambina di 10 anni. I servizi offerti, la location e la gentilezza dei proprietari, sono stati maggiori rispetto alle aspettative. Abbiamo usufruito della spa in modo esclusivo con aperitivo di prosecco e bibita per la bambina accompagnato da formaggi e salumi. La cena due primi e dolce porzione abbondante perché eravamo sazie già con l'aperitivo. Colazione ottima, stanza accogliente , pulitissima e calda . Posizione e borgo bellissimo a circa 3 km da Pontedilegno. Suggeriro' senza dubbio questo alloggio ad amici e parenti !!

Alle waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer ist sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Leider war es ein schmales Einzelbett u. nicht wie in der Anzeige gezeigt ein Doppelbett. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Francesca. Sie war immer sehr freundlich, bemüht und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde liebevoll präsentiert. Wir hoffen, bald wieder bei Francesca zu Gast sein zu können.

Io e il mio compagno eravamo già stati da Matteo e Francesca, sicuri della qualità e della gentilezza siamo voluti tornare e le aspettative sono state ampiamente raggiunte. Continuate così!

Maura ist eine offene und herzliche Gastgeberin mit einem großen Herz für die Berge und ihr Tal. Ich habe bei ihr ein Wochenende verbracht und wurde wunderbar mit Willkommensstrudel, einem sehr schönen Frühstück und vielen Tips versorgt und konnte sie auf eine kleine Bergtour begleiten. Das Zimmer ist großzügig und hat einen Balkon mit Blick über das Tal. Massimeno liegt etwas oberhalb der Hauptstraße, ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten bergauf zu erreichen u hat einen kleinen Laden und eine exzellente Pizzeria. Im nahen Pinzolo gibt es diverse Geschäfte und sehr gutes Eis. :) Vielen Dank, Maura, für die herzliche Aufnahme bei Dir!

I only needed to stay one night, and it was perfect for me.

Bellissima baita ai piedi di monte del monte Caré. Immerso nella natura è perfetto per staccare la spina. Si mangia e colazione buona. Consigliato

Molto bello il design che mescola antico e moderno (es. infissi). Host disponibilissimi sia prima sia al check-in. La camera un pò piccola, ma molto pulita e con tutte le comodità. Il bagno non ha il bidet, ma ha una grande doccia con dispenser con sapone liquido. La colazione ricca e variegata con prodotti genuini locali. Nella struttura c'è anche una sala "ricreazione" con un tavolo, un divano, una poltrona, un pianoforte digitale e dei giochi da tavolo. La zona è silenziosa, nello spazio antistante c'è un piazzale ampio per parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto.

Soggiorno superlativo! Immersi completamente nel verde...luogo giusto per rilassarsi e godersi la natura, lontano dai rumori della città. Tutto perfetto, ci ritorneremo sicuramente 😊 Noi eravamo in macchina ed è stato facile muoversi nei paesi limitrofi. Consiglio vivamente di visitare Grosio, paese molto carino per trascorrere un pomeriggio o una serata tranquilla.

We travel often with our furry friend so finding places where our doggy is also welcome is something we are very grateful for. But with Cristina not only our furry friend was welcome but we felt at home at all times. She is a beautiful human being who puts a lot of love into everything. For example when serving breakfast. The place is very central and close to many places to start nice walks or hikes. You can also walk to many restaurants nearby.

Wir waren für drei Nächte dort,, sie haben die beiden als sehr hilfsbereit und nett empfunden. Auch super fanden wir, das das Frühstück auf Wunsch ins Zimmer gebracht wurde. ein sehr angenehmer Luxus. Diese Unterkunft ist ohne weiteres zu empfehlen

We verbleven twee nachten in de B&B van Villa Marguarita. Dat was genieten! De kamer is prachtig ingericht met een combinatie van hout, glas en beton. Alles met de grootste perfectie afgewerkt. Een ware design droom voor liefhebbers van strakke en zeer comfortabele vormgeving. Ook de sauna is heerlijk. Het ontbijt is fantastisch met lokale verse producten en knapperig vers brood, door Robert zelf gebakken. Lieve mensen die goed voor je zorgen. Uitstekende tips voor goede restaurants (veel in het dorp) en prachtige wandelingen. We komen graag nog een keer!

De locatie was geweldig, zeer warm welkom van Morena. De kamer was prachtig, ruime parkeergelegenheid,uitgebreid ontbijt, kortom een heerlijke plek.

The room and bathroom were very clean and very spacious. The host was very kind and friendly. I arrived late at night and she was very flexible with the check-in time. The views and neighbourhood is nice and the location is very close to the attractions, as well as to the bus station. The only downside was hearing the traffic from the busy road but everything else was excellent.

Io e la mia amica siamo capitate nel l’alloggio di Maria per un cambio di programma rispetto ad un viaggio che avevamo in programma; siamo state accolte con gentilezza e ci siamo subito sentite a nostro agio. Il luogo era fantastico, la spa altrettanto e abbiamo avuto modo di rilassarci e goderci due giorni molto rilassanti.

Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Rooms were simple but clean and well-priced. I'd stay here again!

Photographs, nor words, can truly capture what Andrea, his family and the staff who work there have created with La Portineria. It simply has to be experienced. We stayed in ‘Elettra’ with our son and small dog, and not only was the room perfect, the breakfast was a real treat and Mrs Nina made us feel like we were family. Dinner taken at Osteria Lanzati was also delicious - in particular their ‘terra’ tasting menu. As a further note, Cantina Bignotti’s wine tour was enjoyed by all of us, not only for learning about and sampling the wines themselves, but feeling the passion and love behind their creation: a feeling evident in every single detail of our whole trip.
