Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Valdez-Cordova

Hosts were super responsive, friendly, and helpful. Great place, small as advertised, but perfect for my son and I. Warm, comfy, and everything you need. Local coffee in the French press was amazing!

Denise's cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay! We were the last stay of the season for this year and are already thinking about our next trip to this magical little place. The wood stove, privacy of the cabin, and foggy mornings were our favorite. Golden Saloon was a hoot. Shout out to the locals for some memorable nights.

Shana's flat was like a museum. The photos don't do it justice. We can see that Shana is very detail-minded and paid so much effort to prepare every single corner of the flat. There were so much details and great decorations. All amenities and facilities were prepared well and are so convenient for the guests to use. We feel like home (but in a stylish Alaskan style that you would like to pay attention to every single corner). Shana was also very responsive and nice, and we appreciate so much that she accommodated our last minute booking and special request.

Jacob’s spot was a perfect temporary home for friends and I who were spending a few weeks skiing at the pass. The house was spotless, clean, and extremely comfortable. We super appreciated the large and well stocked kitchen. The location is an ideal balance between proximity to town and the mountains. And Jacob was an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Great place to hunker-down during some stormy Valdez weather this spring. Easily walkable to businesses in town, clean, cute, highly recommend.

A nice and modern unit, which was very comfortable. The pictures were accurate and the kitchen was well appointed. The welcome gift was a thoughtful touch which my family appreciated.

This is my third stay at this location. I absolutely love it for it’s peaceful and quiet surroundings. I will certainly be back again!

This place really was a dream. Our stay at the cabin served as the perfect transition back to civilization after our backcountry trip. Thoughtfully curated, and chock full of cozy charm, this gem is an experience in its own right. Don’t be intimidated by the lack of some modern amenities. That’s part of the charm!
