Small, typically Piemontese terraced house in a historical village at the foot of the castle of Cerrione in the province of Biella. Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of a moraine and a greenhouse situated on it. Private entrance and a reserved parking space. The detached property is located in the renovated farmhouse attached to an 1882 manor villa. It consists of a large room of about 50 square metres in which there is a double bed and two sofa beds (one single and one queen size), a space dedicated to working from home and a dining table; a kitchen, a bathroom and a dressing area equipped with a shower. The accommodation is enhanced by a large patio in front of a fenced garden and furnished with a table for 10 people and a sitting area.

Flat in the heart of nature - Peace & Relax

Our flat is located in a hamlet of the nearby village, just 8km from Biella. It is part of a renewed farmstead, right in the middle of woods and meadows. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
