Very natural atmosphere, quiet in a functional accommodation renovated with heart. A parking space (free) is adjacent to the chalet. The chalet is very well insulated (phonic and thermal), it is very cool in summer (no need for air conditioning) and well heated in winter. Hiking trails and beautiful views are nearby.

Recently created, our cottage is located in the Jura mountains, Doubs department, 40 minutes from Besançon, 30 minutes from Pontarlier and 15 minutes from the Salins-les-Bains spa resort. Our family welcomes you to our cottage. The entire listing is located on the ground floor. The cottage is in a cul-de-sac: minimum traffic and maximum tranquility. The accommodation is warm and has a sauna. The house is located in the village of Les Gras, 2-3 min walk from a convenience store. Ideal location to explore the area. Hiking trails start from the village. Cross-country skiing trails and snowshoeing circuit. Mountain biking. GTJ. Very close to Switzerland.

Small chalet by a private pond ideal for couples with or without children in which you can spend good times and fish (free because there are a lot of water lilies during the flowering period). On the ground floor, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs: 1 dressing room and 2 sleeping areas: 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 double sofa bed. Outside, a beautiful terrace with large table, heated parasol and barbecue.
