The 70 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

The penthouse is the perfect variation of the pleasure of the vacation. A spacious spa bathroom with tropical shower and freestanding bathtub joins the spacious bedroom with closet. To complete the masterpiece, a charming terrace with exclusive access to the rooftop solarium, which has a Treesse Fusion mini infinity pool with hydromassage and chaise longue. Immersed in the sweet hug of the hot water, then, you can bear a 360° view of the mountain frame of Riva.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Uns als Genossenschaft war es beim Einrichten besonders wichtig dass wir alte Möbel upcyclen und aufwerten. Damit bekommen die Wohnungen in Glurns einen ganz besonderen Charme.
