Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Si trova a pochi km da Bormio, rinomato paese alpino per via delle piste da sci, delle splendide terme (Bagni Nuovi e Bagni Vecchi) e dei passi per gli amanti del ciclismo (Passo dello Stelvio e Passo Gavia). Data la sua posizione favorevole, durante il vostro soggiorno, potrete immergervi nella natura e praticare diversi sport. Il nostro appartamento è composto da un'ampia zona giorno (cucina + salotto), due camere e da un bagno.

Der Egghof ist als einziger Hof im Münstertal mit dem Gütesiegel "ERBHOF" ausgezeichnet. Dieses besagt, dass sich der Hof seit über 200 Jahren in Familienbesitz befindet. Der Egghof liegt auf 1700Hm. Auf dem Hof leben neben der sechs köpfigen Familie, Ziegen, Schafe, Schweine, Hühner, Katzen, ein Hund sowie ein paar süße Nager.

Zentrale Lage an Quartierstrasse, wenige Schritte zum Skibus/Postauto und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum Scuol mit Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Wellnessbad "Bogn Engiadina" entfernt. Zum Langlaufzentrum und Loipe sind es ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten. Belegung bis 2 Personen (Kleinkinder nicht inbegriffen).

Im Wohnzimmer sind auch zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Zimmer hat ein Kajüttenbett, aus diesem Grund sind nur fünf Betten angegeben. Die Wohnung hat aber sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten.
