Chalet holiday rentals in Val-d'Illiez

A cozy little nest surrounded by greenery. Céline's chalet is super cosy, you don't miss anything. The small garden is lovely. The place is quiet and close to all amenities (shops, walks, lake...) in short we had a wonderful stay. I recommend it.

We had a great weekend in Céline and Mickael's little chalet! Everything was perfect: flexible arrival, very well-equipped cottage, warm hosts, peaceful setting and magnificent view, prime location for discovering the region… we couldn't have dreamed better for our stay! Thank you :)

Vincent’s chalet is very special - it’s located close to the main house, but very private. There are great hiking trails right in the back yard. The view of the Alps from the backyard is more than enough to enjoy every morning and evening. Architecturally, the chalet is noteworthy - the renovation was executed flawlessly, keeping many original details. At night, you can hear the babbling stream in the backyard. It’s removed, but only 15 mins from Chamonix. We were thrilled with our stay and would love to return sometime.

Our week at Thierry's went very well with a very nice welcome and a flexible departure (Friday evening instead of Saturday) Very cozy accommodation in the center of Abondance with the convenience store 5 minutes walk and a very good bakery also nearby (franco-suisse), many hikes accessible directly from the accommodation and many nice bike routes Thank you so much for this stay, we will be happy to come back!!

Yannick is a very friendly and very responsive host, ready to offer activities. His chalet, very well equipped, is located in a hamlet allowing you to relax in peace and enjoy a very beautiful panorama. I particularly recommend having breakfast on the terrace, with the view of the Val d'Arly, with the morning sun as a companion! Not far from the cottage, beautiful walks, strolls or hikes to do. Possibility to relax and recover physically from your hike by bathing in the water of the small village of Flumet. Truly a beautiful cottage, a beautiful place to know and a most friendly host.

Everything was perfect. The place was extremely remarkably clean, the rooms in very good condition, the living room beautiful and the kitchen very well equipped. We really had a great time!

Norbert greeted us kindly on arrival and gave us valuable tips for the nearby region. The house was very clean and is furnished with a lot of attention to detail. There's nothing missing. The beds are fantastic, the meadow with the ash tree behind the house is cozy and the fire bowl in the right place. The walking and hiking trails are close, the forest path along the stream up to the Pont de Nant is truly mystical.

A great place for 2 families, or for a larger group, has everything you need and more! Fantastic views, peaceful surrounding and enough space to enjoy and relax. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend her place.

EVERYTHING was perfect! Samuel is a very accommodating, pleasant, welcoming and friendly host! The house is just breathtaking, the decor incredible, the view sublime, the bedding of unparalleled comfort, everything is so clean that you could lick the floor, nothing is missing in terms of equipment, everything is really great in this Airbnb! Absolutely amazing stay, I could say one of the best chalets I’ve ever rented. From the amazing friendly host to the cleanliness of the chalet to the spectacular views this stay couldn’t have been better. We felt so at home such a cozy stay. We enjoyed the multiple options of outside seating areas as well as the spectacular view from the living area. I was a bit spectacle about the self check in however our host was so everything we could’ve hoped for she made us feel so welcomed was interactive always there to respond about any questions, and gave us very clear instructions about our check in. Having Lise-Lotte’s as our host was the best experience we couldn’t thank you enough fro our amazing stay🥰 hopefully we will be coming back in the upcoming years!

We had a great time! The view was amazing, and we loved the jacuzzi and sauna. We grilled outside and enjoyed perfect weather. The best part was canyoning with the kids just 10 minutes away. We’ll definitely come back!

Great value for money also. A car is a must to get to this chalet but we had no issues with prebooking taxis. Thank you so much Jo for being a fantastic host.

We had a wonderful time at Melvin and Cristina's beautiful chalet. The house makes it easy to settle in quickly and has incredible lake and mountain views. We enjoyed the equipment with sauna and Jaccuzi and would recommend this place at any time.

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

very nice house! It has all the amenities you need and it is extremely close to the beach and to a nice park. Also nice garden with barbecue and a lot of play stuff. The kitchen is perfect. It was self check-in and there were no instructions, so at first some things, like sorting trash and using the TV, were difficult. I would definitely recommend this house. It was perfect for a group of 10 adults.

The stay in this fabulous chalet was just amazing. And we really enjoyed the relaxing sauna and fireplace evenings. The surrounding with the lake and the mountains is just stunning. The chalet itself is very well equipped with everything you need especially the kitchen. We totally recommend this chalet.

We came to spend a few days with the family for the week of the ascension and the Maxi race. We had all the comforts in Marie and Rodolphe's comfortable chalet located in a beautiful setting in Doussard. Our 4th time in the chalets of this campsite and it is always super nice. Very good stay in a small Savoyard mazot, very peaceful and beautiful environment with a magnificent view, beautiful walks nearby. Everything you need for 2 people, with small balcony and table in the garden. We recommend!

Aboslutely the best location in the area. The view from all rooms is exceptional. I would not hesitate to book this property again. There is one thing of note, and this was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of. The house is a duplex. The large deck in front connects to the ajoining unit. It is owned by the same (very friendly) family. I hope to return to this wonderful place again soon.
