The location is fantastic, quiet, approx. 20 minutes' walk or 4 minutes' drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The last piece of the ride to the villa is to be cleared of possible snow in winter (clearing service). The villa is ideal for a break even for 2 families.

The comfortable accommodations and expansive views of the beautiful grounds and the Adige river valley provide autonomy and the independence of a vacation combining nature and cultural activities.

The Villa is on 2 floors: the large living room, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower are located on the ground floor; on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with balconies and another bathroom with bathtub. The Villa is surrounded by a private garden where you can relax, eat together, or sunbathe. Guests can park their car in a private parking space and their bicycles in a private storage room.
