LA GRÂCE CACHÉE is our peaceful and enchanting village retreat in the South of France, opening for families and friends. It is located in the historic centre of Lagrasse - a ‘village classé’, listed among the most beautiful of France. The house offers both privacy as well as a large living space on two levels and a mezzanine. A careful selection of natural materials and furniture creates a cozy and generous atmosphere. Character cottage, quiet and natural, for 4 to 7 people.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

At the foot of the ramparts and a somewhat secret staircase leading to the heart of the medieval city, our charming, fully renovated and equipped house is ideal for your family! You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel. Every morning, you will enjoy delicious pastries delivered to your door.

The house is located in the heart of the village of Montlaur (Val de Dagne) in the Aude, quiet, 100 meters from local shops (multi-services grocery store, bar-restaurant). Montlaur is a charming village in the heart of Corbières, authentic surrounded by vines and hills offering many opportunities for hikes and short walks. The espalier garden offers unobstructed views of the village, vineyards and the surrounding nature.

The Garden Suite

Our Garden rooms are the Summer bedrooms of the house. Traditionally the family would move to the ground floor during the hotter months. The Apartment retains all of the original features, fireplaces, high ceilings and crown mouldings give the place a lovely relaxing feeling of grandeur and a by gone era. With direct access to the gardens and pool you'll enjoy the 300 days of sunshine the Aude region receives every year.

Gîte among the vineyards

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
