Located at the foot of the Aravis and Col de l'Épine, we offer independent accommodation on the grounds of our house in Marlens. This chalet is ideal for 1 to 4 people to enjoy the region in summer and winter: 10 min drive to Lake Annecy, 35 min to Annecy city Ski resorts: 45 min La Clusaz Megeve/Saisies Cross-country skiing 20 minutes away (Charvin sector) Hiking trails nearby. Bike path 2 min. Possibility of contact for paragliding sessions.

A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. The forest and river are in the immediate vicinity for walking.
