Nous avons pris plaisir à la rénover, nous espérons que vous prendrez plaisir à la découvrir! A charming little house and completely independent! It has been fully renovated and equipped (walk-in shower, huge smart TV, fully equipped kitchen). We enjoyed renovating this home, we hope you will enjoy discovering it!

Maison de caractère de plain pied, en pierre, bâtie sur d'anciennes caves à fromages, et pergola avec vue sur le parc. Petit étang naturel d'un côté, et ancien quai aménagé, de l'autre. La laiterie garde dans ses murs toute l'histoire des lieux, avec le confort d'un Gite de France classé 3 épis, et une touche brocante assumée par des meubles de famille remis au goût du jour. Une mise au vert, avec basse-cour, verger, et potager, qui fera le bonheur des petits et des grands amateurs de nature.

Le gite de La Charme est situé à Sacquenay au cœur de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté. J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

The cottage has been completely renovated by Amelie and Sylvain. The decoration was done tastefully in a Scandinavian atmosphere. The maisonette can accommodate up to 4 people+1 baby. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price indicated. The room is located in the building of the old drawbridge, fortified in the 15th century. Romagna is a former commandery founded by the Templars around 1140, then it belonged to the Order of Malta.
