Faroe Islands Family and Company Home

About the House The house is over a hundred years old, but was renoveted in 2017. The view is very nice overlooking all the village and mountains from the livingroom. Fully equipet kitchen. The house is in two floors and a basement. The basement is equipet with washer and dryer. On the first floor is a livingroom, entrance, toilet, and stairway up to the second floor. Coming up to the second floor, you have an entrance to all three bedrooms. Outside there is a wood warming hut tub with 180 degree view over the village, mountains and harbour. Also there is a parking space Contact You are always welcome to contact me about anything. My phone number is automatically given to you when you book. But I hope that you are able to manage this stay on your own. There is a detailed description of any question that you might have about the listing given to you as well automatically when you book. It should be very simple.

Our Guesthouse is a traditional Faroese house built in 1882. After being uninhabited for years, the house underwent a huge renovation in 2017. Our Guesthouse is located in the old city center of Sørvágur and is the perfect base for exploring all the fantastic attractions that Vágar has to offer. You are only a 10 minute walk away from the ferry to Mykines, and about a 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The airport is a 5 minute drive away and the local grocerystore is just arround the corner.

It is located in the gorgeous village of Sandavágur, which is 12min from the airport and approx 25min from the capital Tórshavn. A stone and wooden house with turfroof situated on a hillside. A very quiet place with only sheep, birds and green grass as far as the eye can see. Right infront of the house is the Northatlantic ocean. There are no neighbors. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet tranquil accommodation. The house was built in 2010 with an old traditional Faroese style. It has 1 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen and a living room, all with a fantastic view.

Experience nature as your neighbor

A small house in magnificent nature, only 5 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the village Bøur. Located in a peaceful area 90 meters from the village road. There is no path from the parking lot to the house, but you have to walk through the grass, and it can be slippery in the rain, so be careful:) 6000 meters to Vagar Airport 4000 meters to grocery store.
