We stayed Satvam-3 apartment for more than 4 weeks. Hitenbhai and Sonalben welcome us on the day of arrival. This place is very clean, located in prime area of the city surrounded by shopping malls restaurants and easily accessible transportation. This unit Satvam 3 is fully equipped with all requirements of short and long term stay plus you always get prompt response from host in case of you need any help. Hitenbhai and Sonalben are excellent hosts. They made us feel at home and their recommendations for shopping or for any other things were excellent. They had even kept all groceries for beginning use. We would definitely recommend their property. Look forward to staying with them again!

The host was very helpfull and accomodating. the place was kept very clean and nice. We loved the terrace and it is more like a penthouse. the location is prime and you have all the amenities and shops nearby... highly recommended

Our small group of 3 really enjoyed our stay here. It’s located next to the local university and felt like a calm retreat from the noise of the city. The home looked even better than the pictures showed with its luxury fixtures, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of space for us to stretch out. We had difficulties with the Uber driver finding the home which was a struggle but Mitali was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The rooftop patio was by far my favorite part of the home for a place of friendship, yoga, or monkey watching in the morning :) If I were to come back to Vadodara again, I would definitely look to stay here again.

First of all, I’d like to thank Minesh for renting the place to us. The apartment was very clean and tidy somebody came and cleaned the apartment twice a week. It is very near to the shopping that includes the grocery store clothing and the restaurants I would rent this place again it’s right in the heart of Alka Puri

very nice stay in nn homes

I booked this place without any prior reviews for this host and property and seems I was the first guest thru airbnb. Urvee Ji was a delight host. From starting till I write the review (post one week) my host have superbly supportive and available for any query. They had ever basic things required in the provided which even didn't had a mention and that's icing on the cake 🍰🎂. The location is perfect....lush green around with a beautiful big garden for morning evening walk (me time). Host clearly mentioned for non availability of indoor parking however we managed to arrange with a polite request to security there. Still parking is not an issue as it's available outside (secure and in shadow). I strongly recommend the place. No doubt I am going to revisit this property again in future and would prefer host's other properties too. Thank you again for making a memorable experience with your hospitality.
