A beautiful apartment with a very nice roof terrace. Everything was very cozy and decorated, it felt like a home. You could walk to the centre and there were supermarkets, bakeries and other shops in the immediate vicinity. Nanni has an eye for detail and is very hospitable and service oriented. Highly recommended!

We spent 3 really nice days, the apartment is very clean and equipped with everything, in a very central area and the sea is a stone's throw from the house. Fulvio is super kind and always available.

The apartment is very nice and welcoming. Located in a quiet area, it is between Loano and Pietra Ligure, so that both are easily accessible on foot. Paola was very helpful, flexible and friendly in providing information regarding the reservation. Highly recommended!

Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

Very pleasant stay by the sea. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the apartment is cool and well ventilated. There are also excellent restaurants within walking distance. Ideal for those looking for relaxation and comfort just a stone's throw from the sea. Fabiola and her mom were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rosaldo and Enzo are very polite and thoughtful guests, who welcomed us and greeted us with great warmth. The apartment has a breathtaking view, is very clean and has all the necessary comforts. The size and decor of the terrace invite you to spend time & relax. You can reach the beach with the surrounding restaurants in a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50 m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organisation you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of holiday). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

My husband and I stayed in Andy's suite for just now and are still totally thrilled....it's a very tasteful suite, modernly furnished and very clean. Everything you needed was available, we didn't miss anything. Andy was available via mobile phone at all times and also very interested in whether everything is okay for us. We'd love to come back.

Nadia is a very welcoming host, very responsive, her instructions are very clear. The accommodation is very well located in a very quiet residence, with a magnificent view from its two terraces. It is also very clean and very bright, its equipment corresponds perfectly to the description, nothing is missing. The bike path at the bottom of the residence, the provision of bicycles and the garage for the car in the basement are great assets, (not to mention the pool). Beautiful location, the terrace and the view Celle and the sea are magnificent. Only the access to the apartment via the Bluetooth app takes some getting used to and did not always work. My partner couldn't even install the electronic key on her phone.

Great hosts! They helped us quickly fix a mishap with the washing machine. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style, great sea view and 2 min to the beach.

We spent the last couple of days of our vacation here and we wish we had spent more time… Beautiful spot with amazing views overlooking the neighborhood and the Mediterranean. Igor’s communication was top notch and he was very helpful prior and during our stay! The new bathroom renovation was beautiful too! We won’t ever forget our stay here!
