Zoo de la Flèche à 20 min, 25 min du circuit des 24H, 25 min des parcours de golf des 24H et de Baugé, château du Lude, Le Loir à vélo, le lac de Mansigné. A house with character in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. It is independent and has just been completed. Vehicles are parked in the courtyard. Located on a small path that lends itself to walks, at the exit of the village. Located between Le Mans and Tours 45 km, 2 km from exit 26 of the A28 highway, and 5 km from Château du Loir train station. Outside, a space in front of the accommodation with table and chairs and a pleasant environment with the garden of the house. Linens provided.

Relax and recharge in our small home inspired by the tiny house spirit. All the basic amenities will be available for your use. Above the bathroom, you will find a small attic bedroom accessible only via a large ladder, and therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Many activities are available around the house: a greenway just 100 meters away, walks, cultural visits, water and horse riding activities, shopping, etc. Located 40 km from Tours and le Mans.

Quartier calme et paisible. 2 chambres (avec TV), cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, une salle de bain. WC séparés. Une chambre lit double Une chambre avec 2 lits superposés + lit d'appoint La piscine est opérationnelle approximativement entre mai et septembre selon la météo. Elle n'est pas chauffée. Le sous-sol de la maison n'est pas loué.
