Perfect stay in the wonderful city of Kalkan! The view of the villa is way better and bigger than the pictures and sunset views from the infinity pool are priceless. It’s one of the most beautiful villa in the region of Antalya! City centre is 3 mins drive from the villa. Location is ideal offering tranquility and peacefulness for a perfect gateway. Özgür was friendly helpful and flexible with our requests. Highly recommended.

The house looks exactly like the pictures and feels luxurious. The kids loved the indoor pool, especially on a cloudy day. Would recommend hiring a car. You could get about or use taxis, but having a car is much more convenient. There are lots of restaurants down the main strip so we went out every night to eat. We had a fabulous stay!

Hi, The place was awesome. It was as expected in the pictures but the road to reach the bnb was very steep and stairs too. Not to much feasible with kids.

It was simply amazing! I highly recommend a stay. The only little thing that I have to admit is that the beds are not so comfortable unfortunately. The mattresses are really hard. If that doesn’t bother you, you’ll have the best time there! Loved the rest, loved kayaköy! ❤️

The location of the house and the location was very nice, we loved the house, it was a perfect house

We had a peaceful holiday, the house was clean and the design was very good, we enjoyed the garden and the pool. Mrs. Yurdanur responded to my messages immediately and met our requests even at a late hour.

It was a great place to stay for both short and long stays, everything matches the photos, the inside is very clean. The host is responsive, assisted with all issues that may have arisen. The yard is not expensive, however the property is only 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop to Oludeniz or Fethiye. We chose to stay in Kayaköy as there is clean mountain air and wonderful nature. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa!

We would like to thank Ms. Gülsüm for her interest and relevance from start to finish. She was helpful with a flexible check-in time. The villa is as it appears in the photos, there is nothing more. Extremely clean and tidy. The location is quite close to the beach, markets and places where you can meet most of your needs. It will definitely be among our preferences during the summer season.

From arranging our airport transfers to meeting us at the villa and showing us around, nothing was too much trouble, always contactable and made some great suggestions when we asked. The villa is very well laid out with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our 15 family members to relax and enjoy. The main town is only about a 10 minute walk with restaurants and supermarkets along the way. Getting to the beach is straightforward as there is a bus stop within 1 minutes walk with the buses coming every 15 minutes, well worth a visit to the lagoon area of the beach. We made some great family memories, thank you Yasin !

The villa was magnificent, we could only stay for a few days because our holiday was short, but we plan to come again at the first opportunity. This 3-room villa has everything you need, the rooms are very spacious, each room has a large balcony, bathroom, TV, etc👌. The room on the top floor also has a jacuzzi. The linens and everything else were clean. It has a very large garden and a very large pool. Every morning, the pool attendant came early and cleaned the pool.🙏 Fethiye is already a very beautiful place with its nature, sea and many features. There are many places to visit. The villa is about 5-6 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz. Babadağ cable car 3-4 minutes. I've vacationed in many places in the region, but this house was the best in every way ✅️ Ms. Arife responded to all our questions immediately, we thank her again for her hospitality, and hope to see her again soon

The villa is even better than the photos.. Great location and amazing scenery. Due to villa's location on the hill, the house benefits from the breeze and is definitely cooller than central Kas and Kalkan. The staff communivated well and was very responsive for every query and need. We enjoyed our stay very much and I highly recommend this villa for everyone.

Even more beautiful than the pictures ! The villa was everything we expected and even more ! Perfect for a girls trip especially ! 🩷 Location was amazing and Kalkan town was just 5 mins away and kas old town was about 20-30 mins away . We could explore both ! Villa views are too beautiful and hard to keep your eyes off ! The pool and jacuzzi were immaculate and overall the villa made for some epic memories and some great insta worthy photos! Would highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to kalkan ! Mini was a great host and very responsive . She took the time to explain all the villa specifics and also recommended some great restaurants , taxi drivers etc! Only thing missing was comforters and blankets considering it got a bit chilly at night ! Looking forward to staying here again 🩷

The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

Always a pleasure staying at a property with Ozlem. Stayed at this particular property in 2021 and this is my second time. She is a great host, she is responsive and reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend 👍🏼

Beautiful villa on the lovely Kaş peninsula. We lived there for a week and had a wonderful time. Dom was very helpful and responsive when we needed something and the villa maintenance guy Omer was also very friendly. The villa had everything you may need during your stay - microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of cutlery. We greatly enjoyed the pool and the darts there. The only downside for us was that the villa had 3 bedrooms upstairs with pleasant views and 1 bedroom downstairs that is available from the different entrance and as we were a company of 6 people willing to use all the 4 bedrooms it was hard to decide who would stay in that last bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you, Dom and Omer, for making our vacation so nice!

Mr. Levent was very quick and helpful in communication. The house was the same as in the pictures. It was a spacious and private place. Our pool was cleaned every day. The house was suitable for busy places and routes to visit. We recommend it.

Stayed at the villa for 4 nights, the host was very helpful and responsive from the day we got there till the day we left, house was amazing would love to visit again. Very amazing service would 100% recommend worth the price you pay for the home as it’s exactly like the pics very lovely.🥰

Mr. Harun was very interested. We did not have any problems with the house, but if we did, I was sure that it would have helped. The house is as seen in the same pictures. The size of the pool was neither too small nor too big, but it was quite enough. If you have a car, the location is good, we went to the Hisarönü side and took about 10 minutes by car. Overall, it was a peaceful vacation

Waking up to birdsong, sipping coffee with that view, and ending the day soaking in the hot tub was pure bliss. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with high-end comfort and a host who truly cares, look no further. We didn’t want to leave — and we’ll absolutely be back!

The villa is located in a beautiful place, if you have a car close to central Fethiye popular locations, it takes an average of 10 15 minutes, the host Mr. Tufan welcomed him well, we had a 1-week stay in everything, it was very nice, thank you for the little gifts.

The view, cleanness of the house and everything was perfect. Absolutely recommend everyone. We stayed 5 days and it was a great holiday.

Excellant. Couldn't recommend more. Villa is stunning and peaceful a short walk from a lovely beach with a decent cafe/bar in the day. Taxi button on the gate calls a taxi in minutes so you can get anywhere you need very quicky without a hire car. Fantastic place.
