Our 80 m2 house in 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen utensils. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done at guest check-ins. Pool heating is up to 33 degrees
