Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Uzbekistan

First of all, I liked the location. It is very convenient, near to the busy area, metro station in 5 minutes, buses are available as well. There are coffee shop, beauty salon, pharmacy, several food shops in the close vicinity, you would not loose time searching basic things. But the best part is that the place is very quiet, no sound of traffic, and is completely covered by the green trees, creating very relaxing environment. Birds were singing in less than 1 meter from my window. The flat is exactly as on the photos - comfortable, well-planned open space with all the necessary conveniences. Good quality of the kitchen dishes, utensils and textiles (bed, towels). All home appliances are working.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was very clean and newly renovated. The host was always reachable by phone. We had the opportunity to cook in the kitchen and do our laundry.

Staying in this apartment was very comfortable, and the photos accurately reflect the place. The host was kind and responsive. We accidentally left our laptop behind, and he immediately let us know. Thanks to his attentiveness and help, he arranged for it to be delivered to us by courier. I honestly don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t noticed in time and gone out of his way to assist us.

Azik’s place is in a fantastic location—most key spots in Samarkand are within walking distance, and the area is surrounded by lovely parks. We arrived early (around 8 AM) though our check-in was at 1 AM. Azik coordinated well with our taxi driver, letting us leave our luggage in the car until the apartment was ready, which was really thoughtful. We met his grandmother, who was warm and welcoming, and showed us around. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, even though Azik tried to help. Also, we initially paid $60 for a taxi from the airport—it’s much better to use Azik’s location in 2GIS and book a Yan dex cab instead. Overall, a good stay with a few hiccups.

It was a very peaceful and well equipped home. We felt nice with the check in as well. It has good amenities within around the facility complex for kids. The host was very kind and very communicative. He attended to our requests very quickly. The balcony also was very nice with a good view of the old city. We look forward to staying at this place again the next time we visit Tashkent.

I really liked staying at Furkat’s place. The location was excellent (20 mins walk to central, and literally right opposite the street from a metro station), and he was always responsive. The apartment was nicely decorated, and there was even a study table in case you need to do some work. Thanks for a wonderful time, would love to stay here again if I’m back in Tashkent! ☺️

Nice and clean

Останавливались в этой квартире в Ташкенте и остались в полном восторге! Шикарный ремонт, всё очень стильно и современно, везде чисто и уютно. Квартира находится в новом жилом комплексе, чувствуется свежесть и комфорт. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке Динаре — очень приятная и отзывчивая, всегда на связи и готова помочь. Рядом с домом — красивый парк и озеро, отличное место для прогулок. Также неподалёку есть продуктовые магазины и всё необходимое. Нам всё очень понравилось, с радостью вернёмся снова!

Anwar is always willing to help. Whenever we text him he always responds quickly:) The house is well furnished. We were really surprised by the kitchen supplies, including the coffee machine!! There’s also a store nearby, and it’s convenient to get some basic necessities. Although it’s not in the very center of the city, taking taxis to sightseeing spots is convenient. Strongly recommend for group travelers!

Highly recommend to tourists to Tashkent! Best location, walkable distance to a 24-hour supermarket&Anjir restaurant! Safest area in Tashkent, very important for girls. The house is spacious and well-decorated in a traditional Uzbeck style. Last but not least, Gulsara is so thoughtful and nice. Her hospitality is impressive! Thanks for hosting us! 再用中文打一遍，最近乌兹别克很火，我和朋友两人第一次来Tashkent，这家Airbnb 完全是我愿意推荐给周围朋友的最佳住处，不仅可以体验到当地特色的风格，整个街区也处于使馆人员住所，特别安全，走路三五分钟可到一个24小时大超市，还有一家叫Anjir的本地特色超大餐厅，抓饭kebab这些应有尽有！ 从机场打车过来15分钟，很快的。房东Gulsara是个特别友善和热情的人，我们晚上飞机落地有些晚了，她一直在房间等着迎接我们，真的非常棒！

très bon appartement pour un séjour en famille. surayyo et Lena ont été super réactives t très sympathiques de nous avoir accueilli avant le chek-in. avec la fatigue du voyage, c'était très appréciable . néanmoins les frais d'enregistrement touristique (Lena facture le service 30$+ coût d'enregistrement) devrait être en inclusion dans le prix car il est impossible de le faire soi même. en effet il faut les documents de l appartement et la présence obligatoire du propriétaire ou de son représentant. j'ai fait 3 autres réservations en ouzbekistan et je n ai pas payé de service supplémentaire pour cela. sinon l appartement est top. merci encore à Lena et surayyo

very nice stay in Tashkent! The garden is so nice and inside is exactly same as the photos! Very well location and easy to go anywhere in the city. Very convenient area in the city, supermarket , restaurant in 500m. Will definitely come back again!

Highly recommended! Prawdopodobnie najlepszy nocleg, jaki udało nam się znaleźć w Uzbekistanie. Miejsce olbrzymie, wielki salon z ogromnym stołem i zestawem wypoczynkowym, klimatyzowany. Duża kuchnia. W datku sprzęty nowe, a pokoje czyściusieńkie. Idealne miejsce dla grupy przyjaciół, wędrującej, tak jak my, po tym kraju. Gospodarz, Atabek (syn właścicielki), szalenie miły, mówiący doskonale po rosyjsku (w tym rejonie to nie takie powszechne), bardzo pomocny. Załatwiał nam wszystko (zakupy wyjazdy, transfer na lotnisko). Nam został tylko chillout :)

Farhod was a great host! Our flight got in late, and he met us at the apartment with a friendly smile and gave us a tour of the apartment and told us how to get around. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, wifi was fast, and the showers were hot. The apartment was conveniently located in the city near a metro station and restaurants and shops. If I’m ever in Tashkent again, I will definitely be staying at Farhod’s again.

I rented Agzamjons apartment and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I need to feel comfortable and at home. Agzamjon is friendly and responsive, and the location is convenient and safe. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars

Квартира выглядела лучше чем на фото , было чисто , все необходимое присутствовало , кровать удобная и белье пахнет очень приятно. Гостиная зона с диваном и телевизором просто топ , ванная комната шикарная, очень классная отделка квартиры. Хозяин отзывчивый и дружелюбный, пошел на встречу нашей просьбе. Отличный вариант для проживания в Ташкенте. Квартира чистая и уютная. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, на airbnb сложно найти что-то более центральное. В квартире есть все необходимое, даже бойлер в ванной (если воду отключат, не заметите). В душе отличный напор воды. Алина очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Из небольших недочетов, которые нужно иметь в виду - интернет быстрый, но ненадежный (Алина в курсе и занимается проблемой) + в соседнем ресторане до 22 играет громкая музыка. Если для вас это не критично, в остальном - прекрасные апартаменты! Спасибо!

Not first time to stay here, best apartment for location and cost wise.

My husband stays at Daniel's place anfter a long drive, he said the mattress was very comfortable and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was super responsive and gave clear and detailed instructions on how to find and enter the apartment. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
