Holiday home with private parking in front of the entrance. Located 100m from the beach of Malo-les-Bains in a small residential area. The house in open space revolves around a south-facing terrace and a central staircase. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room in annex. Supermarket and shops at 250 meters. Everything is done on foot:) Ideal for athletes with the dunes at 200 meters, and gourmets with the restaurants and cafes of the dike.
