A getaway with a garden terrace and outdoor pool

The "Freizeit am See" is located on the western shore of the beautiful Ammersee. The lake and the boat pier and the train station are a 5-minute walk away. In the garden, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the separate, spacious south-facing terrace with seating group and sun lounger in the lovingly tended garden with trees, flowers and perennials, as well as a pool in summer. There is also a small shaded seating area under the trees, nestled amongst the roses and lavender.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Nach unserer wunderschoenen Gartenwohnung im Souterrain, koennen Sie nun die Villa Romenthal von einem ganz anderen Blickwinkel kennenlernen: Unter den historischen Dachbalken heissen wir Gaeste in unserem offenen 1-Zimmer Loft mit Dachterrasse willkommen. Zum wunderschönen Ammersee gelangen Sie in ca 900m.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

This special place has its own style. The view over Lake Ammersee and the entire mountain range can be enjoyed via the terrace and the conservatory at any time of the year. The open gallery and the high ceiling in the living room convey a spacious overall impression. The apartment has two modern bathrooms. One of them has a freestanding bathtub, double washbasin and wellness shower belonging to the master bedroom with dressing room.
