Studio 004 we have 4 studio appartments. 001 is lower ground. 002 studio is ground floor and studio 003 is 1st floor and this studio 004 is top floor or 2nd floor. This studio 004 is much in demand as views of mountains is better then the lower floor. For senior citizen ground floor ( studio 002) is better option as almost no stairs to climb. studio 001 is lower ground floor but it has 20% more space then other three appartments. As it is on lower ground so no balconies but it has big lawn.

Lal Kothi is chef Sameer Sewak & his family's home in countryside Dehradun. It is surrounded table top views of Mussoorie hills, Tons river, Sal forests. Guests get the 2nd floor with a private access. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge, 2 terraces & balconies. Included in your stay is a complimentary breakfast. The house is in a lane (100m from Main road) and cars can only be parked on main road where street parking is available (At owners risk) , two wheeler parking is in the house.
