Holiday rentals with beach access in Uttara Kannada

Cosy Vista in Goa is a beautiful studio apartment which is at walkable distance from palolem beach. What stands out about this place is how a soft breeze always keeps on flowing through the surroundings and playing with the curtains, how wonderfully curated the interior of the apartment is and how quickly you start feeling that you are right at home or start wishing this was your home. The flat is equipped with all the listed amenities and it is in a gated society so you feel secure. I was looking for solace and solitude and found it at soft moments at this place.

We stayed at Kapil's second time and it was great. Few improvements since last year made our stay even better. Many thanks to host and hope we will be visit again next year. Dominika&Jacob&Michael

Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay! The host lives abroad, so we were greeted by his mother, who was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We stayed here for New Year's Eve and spent most of the time on the secluded Galgibaga Beach, which I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay at this place. Overall, it was a completely tranquil experience!

We stayed here as a short halt while driving back to Pune from Kerala. It was a last minute booking and we chose this place as it was close to the highway and to the Palolem beach. The house is specious, newly constructed, fully furnished with a functional kitchen. It is perfectly situated surrounded by green woods, and within a small hamlet settlement. The beach, eateries and shops were walking distance and we didn't need to take out our car even once during our short stay. Definitely shortlisting this place for when we come back to this part of Goa again in the future for a longer stay.

The place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the photos. Spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. The caretaker made our check-in smooth and was readily available throughout our stay. The society’s accessible pool was the cherry on top, and the view from the large balcony was a real bonus especially during the evening sunsets. We had a fantastic stay at Ayushi's place! The apartment was exactly as described and even more charming in person. It was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook some meals, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The location was perfect for us. Ayushi was a wonderful host – very responsive and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting South Goa and hope to stay here again ourselves in the future.

We were a group of 5 and stayed at this Airbnb in Murudeshwar — and it truly exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, neat, and spacious, with all the facilities we could ask for — a water purifier, a big Android TV, AC, washing machine, heater, fans, and more. Everything was in perfect working condition, making our stay extremely comfortable. The host was one of the highlights of our experience. He was responsive, polite, calm, and an overall wholesome and kind person. He welcomed us warmly and treated us with great care throughout our stay. His recommendations were also spot on and really helped us explore the location better. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the price we paid felt completely worth it. We are genuinely satisfied with both the stay and the hosting. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Murudeshwar!

TanV welcomed us into her home with so much warmth and love along with her sweet dog luna. We LOVED being here and would recommend this to everyone looking for a place to stay. We loved sitting out on the terrace, sharing late night chats, cuddling with Luna and eating dinner together. The room itself was so cosy and it all felt like home. But of course privacy was super respected and you can choose how much you interact :). We’d come back here in a heartbeat, and now we have a friend for life❤️ (including a new furry friend for life 🐶) Thank you again 💕😘 we’ll miss you dearly x

I had an amazing stay at this charming place right on Agonda Beach! The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the beach with stunning views. The in-house restaurant and bar were fantastic, offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The property is very easily accessible, and everything you need is within reach, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachfront getaway with great food and service!

Very nice house with spacious space, garden, terrace - we felt comfortable from the beginning. As described, one bedroom AC, the second room (equally large and also with a beautiful double bed and insect protection net) has a well-functioning ceiling fan. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in good hands here. If you like animals, even more. We found the gentle, unobtrusive company of cat, dog and also once cows in the garden to be enriching. Sneha was very easily accessible from the beginning and proactively helped us with taxi transfers (Uber does not work here) from/to the airport. On site, Pavi was very friendly and supportive for everything (harder mattress, candles, contact with moped rental including delivery ..). The Palolem and Patnem beaches can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Very great restaurants in the immediate vicinity overlooking the sea! We can highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

Maninder has the perfect studio apartment for a couple to have a workacation in South Goa. it's a 6 minute drive from Palolem beach, and is right off the market area. we also were easily able to park our car inside the apartment complex. the room is spotless and is fully stocked with linen, towels, and all basic amenities that we could think of. we felt like home the moment we entered. will surely stay at Maninders place always whenever we come back to South Goa. 5 stars all the way.

The unit is a great base for exploring Palolem, around 15 minutes walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes from a great little restaurant- Green Leaf. The unit is very clean and comfortable, and the caretaker - Vinay - is friendly and communicative. We love both North and South Goa, and for exploring the latter this is a lovely place to stay.

it was great to stay in piu's place and she has good kitchen with vessels needed for cooking.Mainly her maintenance and ambience is good.

Edwin was always very helpful and quick answering, also flexible about checking in and out. absolutely recommended. The kitchen is not super equipped but you will find all the very necessary and basic things. The flat never gets direct sunlight so it didn’t become too hot even in the hottest period. It’s quiet and comfortable, l felt well being there. Maybe a table for eating/working would be good to have.
