Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. Stugan Storskär byggdes för några år sedan har allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse på Utö, skärgårdens kanske vackraste och mest mångfacetterade ö. Stor altan med sol från lunch till sen kväll på somrarna. Utemöbler, kolgrill (kol ingår ej) och fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin och AC. Brädspel, böcker, kortlek finns också. För barnen finns en lekstuga, leksaker, fotbollar, kubb och annat att låna. För regniga dagar finns Wifi och TV med Apple-TV men även en bastu på tomten.
