Monthly Rentals in Utjeha-Bušat

The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the view is just breathtaking. The location of the apartment is reachable with a car and you have a nice little village in walking distance with a beach, restaurants and a little supermarket. It was totally worth it!

We stayed 5 nights in this wonderful place. kind hosting, responsive and perfect check-in. house as advertised. And spectacular views.

It is only about 7 minutes on foot from the bus stop to the apartment. The check in was super easy and straightforward. The apartment itself is very clean, tidy and sufficiently large – two bedrooms with double beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The highlight was definitely the terrace with the magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding mountains – simply fantastic! I still have a few small suggestions for improvement: An insect screen on the patio door would be practical, as would a solution for the slight smell in the bathroom. In addition, a more detailed description of the location in relation to the nearby motorway would be helpful. We were out and about with the pram, and crossing the fast motorway without zebra crossings or traffic lights was a small challenge every time. This point probably only affects families with small children – for everyone else, it should not be a problem. Overall, staying with Nebojsa was great!

Esma was a fantastic host, sweet and caring, we felt welcomed and at home. She went out of her way to supply us with information and called cabs for us when needed. She also helped with translations and provided wonderful recommendations. The room was cozy and clean with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. We would most definitely return and stay there again.
