Monthly Rentals in Utjeha-Bušat

A bit pricey but absolutely worth every penny. The place is clean and comes with a fantastic view, private territory with its own direct access to the sea, chaise longues, a grill stove and a gazeboo all next to the sea in case you're willing to have a dinner outside during the sunset over the Adriatic. A parking slot is provided a couple dozen meters uphill from the apartment. The host was incredibly attentive, quick to respond and accomodated both our late arrival, and late check out. The only thing missing is a washing machine but as I recall it's possible to wash the clothes at an extra fee. Would gladly come again.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

We stayed at the apartment for two weeks. Two separate rooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and large beautiful balcony. There is a shop in the next building (very convenient), no more than 10 minutes walk to the beach even with children. There is a road to the beach through the private sector, you don't have to walk along the road) The apartment is equipped with everything you need: linen, dishes, towels. In two weeks, we never turned on the air conditioner, because the sun shines only at sunset and the apartment does not overheat. And on the balcony it is very beautiful to look at this sunset and the sea and dinner! Hosts are very responsive! Always available and ready to help!

Esma was a fantastic host, sweet and caring, we felt welcomed and at home. She went out of her way to supply us with information and called cabs for us when needed. She also helped with translations and provided wonderful recommendations. The room was cozy and clean with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. We would most definitely return and stay there again.
