Misty Ridge - Kennerdell Getaway

Silence and solitude in beautiful NW Pennsylvania. This lodge offers a breathtaking view off the back deck, 600’ above the Allegheny River. A beautiful interior with a rustic feel. Plenty of wood work and a gorgeous stone fireplace in the center of the living room. The house is located only 2m from a boat launch on the Allegheny River, yet just 10m from WalMart. Come enjoy a peaceful stay in the great outdoors! Hiking, fishing, bike riding and more! If you're looking for serenity, this is it!

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Pioneer Rock Cabin-Private Log Cabin on 2 acres

We hope you choose to stay at our beautiful getaway! It’s been recently renovated, ready for you to enjoy, relax, and stay a while! Read a book, watch for wildlife on the deck, or sit around the fire pit. The Franklin area is known for its amazing bike paths, hiking, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Your rental gear is available in town. You can also visit: within 40 minutes -the Grove City Outlet Mall -Volant shopping & wineries -Wilhelm Winery -Foxburg Wine Cellars & river view dining

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

Cottage with Private Allegheny River Access

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

French Creek Landing

Come and relax in this comfortable cottage that sits on the bank of scenic French Creek. The cottage has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably), living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (towels included), screened in front porch and a car port for your vehicle. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in front porch. During the day you can fish, kayak/canoe, wade/swim or just sit and relax watching the water go by. Sit by a campfire in the evenings enjoying the fresh country air.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Outdoor Enthusiasts Paradise

Great location for all types of outdoor activities. Next to Bronzwood golf course and close to Pymatuning lake for great year round fishing. Nearby hunting, walking, UTV riding, snowmobile, biking, and many other outdoor activities. Entire house with outdoor fire pit available. We are located out in the country and it is very quiet and safe area. We offer self check-in with a pin pad lock on the door. We are close by but leave you to enjoy country living.

Quaint Country Suite

This modest studio apartment is great for a peaceful getaway, a last-minute stop-over, or even an extended stay for traveling professionals. The area features nearby Sandy Creek bike trail, State Game Lands, and the small town of Cranberry, PA just 5 miles down the road. Associated with the St. Thomas More House of Prayer, a Catholic Retreat Center in the midst of rural Northwest PA, you'll also find the grounds ideal for a nice walk or quiet reflection.

Lakefront home w stunning views overlooking Conneaut Lake. Maximum of 5 guests in the main house (1 queen in MB & 1 sofa bed in great room). There is a twin bedroom & half bath in the basement. Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.
