Welcome to "Paliepės - Forest Homes", "Oak", our forest house nestled in the middle of nature. If you're eager to escape your daily routine and spend time in nature with a close friend (s), family, or solo, this is the perfect place for you. When you arrive, you can enjoy a spacious terrace, with the necessary facilities for grilling, outdoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, hot tub (daily price - 60 Eur, second - 30 Eur) or walk the forest paths. Rental is only for quiet relaxation, parties are not.

Tiny cabin 'Vasara' in ecological farm Kemešys

Tiny cabin Vasara (eng. Summer) is perfect for couples or small families who love nature and searches for a gate away from the city. Cabin has one double and one single bed, shower and small kitchen. 'Vasara' is situated in ecological farm Kemešys and is available only during summer months. It is quite distant from the other buildings in the farm so you could enjoy your privacy. Located on the bank of lake Kemešys 'Vasara' also has a private footbridge to the lake and a terrace with amazing view

Villa MIST

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

Train Home #3

A quiet and peaceful little loft is literally located in between the railway tracks. Its windows overlook a river, a wetland full of birds and a forest. Trains passing right under its windows several times a day become the main romantic attraction of the stay. A historical building is a former railway elecricity power plant. A part of the building is still functioning as a train depot, the rest of it was turned into barracks for railway workers and recently into loft style apartments.

Countryside cottage with sauna

It is a cozy countryside cottage by a pond in the middle of nowhere for people who would like to escape the city life and connect to nature. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (sauna included in the price). There is also an AC, so the house can be heated in winter time. It has an outside deck to sit and watch the sunset go down behind the trees. There is a lake near by and a forest. It is a great place for families and friends to relax.

Cozy city center apartment

This cozy one-bedroom flat on the first floor is located in the city center and is perfect for 2-4 people. You can feel the countryside atmosphere here, surrounded by a park, with a forest and lake just across the road. The flat features a sunny balcony and is conveniently located near the main city square, shopping center, and grocery stores. It is an ideal place for both business trips and holidays. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washing machine.

Moon cabin/sauna

A cabin by the lake with a big bridge. The place is newly built using ecological materials. The cabin is very cozy and has a healthy steam sauna. The floors are heated, there is a fireplace both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, there is hot water, a kitchen and a sleeping place in the attic. * Note that the sauna and the hot tub are not included in the price. * Also note that there is another summerhouse in the property where other guests might be staying.

Studio apartment:”House of trains” #1

This unique place has a style all its own. This studio was designed for creative holidays or bohemian vacation. The view from studio windows is stunning. You can see Labanoras forest and Zeimena river. Also, it becomes magical to see time by time crossing trains through your windows, because the house is located between two railways. In a few hundred meters, you can come to have a walk-in adorable paths, which is located in a river swamp area.

We would love to invite you to experience and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of nature in our beautiful sauna log house. The property is surrounded by picturesque pine forest, private ponds suitable for swimming and lots of wildlife. A paradise for people who like peace and quiet, birdsong, plentiful of fresh and clean air, bonfires, bbq's, not to mention swimming, fishing, hiking, biking or canyoning in the nearby river (Sventoji)…

Nature and culture

"Gamta ir kultūra" (Nature and Culture) is a place for nature, art and culture in the middle of the Labanoras Regional Park with its original forests and numerous lakes, where you can enjoy nature-inspired art. Vilija and I are a Lithuanian-Swiss couple and offer other cultural events on the two-hectare property in addition to exhibitions in the gallery and in the park. Dogs and other pets are not allowed.

Log houses in old farmstead

A farmstead founded by our great-grandfather even in the year 1871 offers serenity, private stay and comfort. Two separate log houses, sauna house, hot tub with jacuzzi system and many entertainments. The lakes of Ilgis, Klykiai, as well as Aukštaitija National Park, are found nearby.
