THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Cozy house for 4. 2 double beds. Sheets, covers, and pillows are available. 4 bath towels are available to borrow. Shower/toilet, kitchen. Most things are available, but not a washing machine. Approx. 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 400 meters to Kvibergs Park, where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We would like to rent to families and couples. The lounge furniture outside the A-frame house is included, but not the outdoor kitchen and the sunbed. Smoking-free, no pets. We do not allow parties or loud music

Nice apartment with private entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with a nice view of the valley down to Sävedalen. Private guest WiFi is included as well as TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with various shops and a number of restaurants. At about the same time, you can get to the bus stop for onward travel to Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.
